Easy to swallow and very effective
I take these supplements in addition to some other important ones. But these definitely are energy boosting and revitalizing. I have to be alert and awake ready to go and taking this as a daily supplement has definitely made a big difference. No weird side effects are come down feeling and nothing taste or smells funny at all it’s very good and works properly.

Talking to my trainer at the gym about my lack of energy throughout the day, he suggested a couple of supplements that might help so I’m giving them a try. Maca is one on the list and I decided to give the brand Herbal Secrets a try.Doing some research on Maca raised my eyebrows. It’s supposed to help with libido, which I thought was a bit odd, but I decided to give it a try, nevertheless. I do have to admit that my lack of energy did include lack of energy in that department as well.I decided on Herbal Secrets because it is made in the US and this Maca supplement is certified USDA ORGANIC. It comes in a glass bottle and the supplement is in a tablet form and not in a capsule. The whole package looks like it has good quality.As for its effectiveness, I may not be the best judge of the effects. I’ve made many changes in the recent weeks, including working out, changing my diet, and added a few different supplements to my daily intake. Maca could be playing some part in how I feel but I can’t be completely sure. I do feel like I have more energy throughout the day, but I still feel that I’m out of gas fairly early in the day. It could very well be that it’s because I go to the gym during my lunch hour and use up all of my energy at that time.

No difference?
I got these after reading how it could help your body without many (if any) side effects. I was hoping I would feel more of a progression, but after taking it for more than a month I feel little to no difference.Maybe a bit better cardiovascular health because I’ve noticed I’ve been able to walk farther than normal. Overall since it’s a natural supplement it can’t hurt to keep it up

Natural is always good
It’s so hard to tell how effective supplements are. I feel a little more alert and have better energy when I take Maca Root. So I’ll keep taking it. There is some research to show this can help with various health issues and it does in fact contain some fiber, minerals and some other beneficial ingredients. These are easy to take and don’t have a lot of additives. Worth a try if the description fits and of your challenges. (There is some research that shows it helps reduce menopause symptoms for women.)

Improves my energy level and mood
Maca improves my energy level and mood. Serving size is 1 tablet and has not caused me any stomach upset or other side effects. The tablet is medium sized and not difficult to swallow. It has a bit of an earthy smell and taste, so I take it with milk or juice in order to negate the smell and taste.

Affordable and Effective Supplement
This supplement is currently well priced. The other thing I appreciate is that it is not paired with any other supplements. When I searched I noticed that it is often combine with other supplements, which is not what I was looking for. When I first got these I noticed how well the packaging and the seals were – and have never worried about that. I also like that these are made in the USA with no GMO’s under GMP standards. Overall I have been pleased with these and their performance.

I got these Herbal Secrets Maca 500 Mg 120 Veggie Tablet Supplement | Made with Natural Maca Root | Non-GMO | Gluten Free | Made in USA to add too my daily supplements. I like the price of this, in my opinion, good value for a 4-month supply (at1 a day), and it is a fresh stock, with an expiration date of 12/2025. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a discernable aftertaste. I am 72 years old and not an expert on supplements, but for me, I find they work. I can tell by the way I feel (at my age of 72) and by my quarterly blood work results.
