This heating pad surprised me in all the best ways. It heats up quickly, which is great when you need relief fast. It has the usual straps to keep it in place, but I love that it also includes additional straps for extra stability, plus an extender piece for a wider waist if needed. The warmth of the back brace /heater / massager really helps my back..
The key here is that this does what other back braces dont do, this provides heat and massage. I have plenty of back braces, form the kind that you just strap on, to the kind that inflate and they all do something, this addresses things that they dont do in a very simple way. Lets face it without getting too technical when your back hurts its realated to the lower part of your spine, and the muscles around it, with this brace and using the heat it stops the muscles from tensing up because its too cold. If the muscles relax they hurt less. If they hurt less so do you. This also has a massage feature which I love when I lay on it. The key here is the removable battery — it slides into a pocket in the brace and powers the heating back pad for a long time.. Mine does the job.. It really helps the pain..

This is exactly what I was looking for! The heating pad feels amazing on my back. The temperature feature is wonderful with 3 different heat levels. The massaging feature is delightful and helps relieve stress too. It is easy to use. It is easy to put on and adjust the strap to fit around my waist. The battery pack is easy to remove and charge when needed. The battery lasts a long time so charging isn’t needed very frequently.

Good product, but pocket issue.
It works well, but it is much louder than I expected after reading other reviews. I wish the rechargeable pack fit better in the pocket on the heat/massager. Or at least someway to close the pocket so it isn’t always falling out. The rechargeable pack won’t fit clear to the bottom of the pocket due to the wire that has to be plugged into pack.

Ok I ordered this heating pad due to constant back pain. I was very pleased with the heat setting. I have never had it pasted the first setting and always on top of clothes due to getting really hot. The size was a little big for me only because my waist is 24 but I used the adjustable straps and was satisfied. The duration of both massager and heat was also good maybe a good 15-20 minutes. I was also pleased with the relieving of pain in my back. Now my issue is I have only had the item for 5 weeks and now it’s not working. It flashes like it’s a shortness in the wires then goes out. I’m so disappointed that this has heating pad has stopped working for me.

The heat factor is very good with three levels, and the massage factor also has three levels. It comes with a powerful 10,000 mAh portable charger that holds a charge very nicely. The back wrap is nice and holds firmly around the waist with strong Velcro. It comes with an extension to make the wrap longer if needed. This product was packaged very well, and the instructions for use are easy to read and clear to understand. The instructions read that you must charge the battery for two hours prior to first use. Mine arrived with an almost fully charged battery, but I followed the instructions and charged it to full before using it. It comes with a charging cord, but you must provide your own charging block. According to the instructions, you will need a 5V 2 amp charging source. The heat factor is quite nice, but I do recommend wearing a t-shirt under the wrap as it does get nice and toasty. The buttons light up in 3 colors (blue, green, and red), so you know which levels of heat and massage you are on. I recommend this item as a gift for someone or for yourself.
