I am so happy I found this! I have had other eye masks that require you to microwave something or heat it in a pot of water, but they always cool too quickly. This eye mask is easy to use and works just like a heating pad; it is cordless, so you can use it anywhere.Upon receipt of the eye mask, I plugged it in to charge. It took several hours to charge it, so I assume it came with barely any charge. The instructions are very clear and the eye mask works exactly as the directions say. There are 3 heat settings and although I cannot verify the temperature of each level, the temperatures of each level are different. The elastic is easily adjustable so your mask will fit as you want it to.The instructions are clear: You need to remove the heat element from the inside of the mask before cleaning it, and only hand wash it.
