This is a beautiful and very comfortable meditation cushion. The mat that goes below the cushion is just the right size for resting your legs depending on how you site. The cushion is also very comfortable while also encouraging a good posture for meditation. Definitely recommend!

Very Zen
I have been practicing mindfulness with the Calm app for a couple years. I also practice with Peloton. This set is great. I can get really comfortable and relaxed. The pair are soft and have a great look/style.I am starting to explore Awareness meditation and having this set to use for longer meditation sessions is working well for me.

Useful and very nice
I bought these a while ago. I use them when my adult children come to visit. My daughter likes to sit on the floor and she uses these to do so. The fabric is very nice and soft. They have a velvet texture and the color is spot on.However, I will say that if you are not used to sitting on the floor, these may not be for you. The small pillow is used to help align the position of your body while sitting on the floor. It is not meant for back support (like leaning up against it).

Amazing product. The quality of the fabric and stitching is superb. The mat is thick and the cushion is very durable. When I’m not meditating, I also use it to take small naps on my office floor. The size is very suitable even for larger people. I highly recommend this for any meditation enthusiast.

Lovely addition to meditation practice – so beautiful and incredibly comforting. It envelopes me in nurturing comfort, alleviating my lower back pain and allowing me to mediate longer. Buy these, you won’t regret it
I’ve used this for almost six weeks of daily meditation. These are beautiful, the fabric is soft, and it’s so incredibly perfect. The zafu was filled perfectly for my frame (I’m 5’8” with long legs). I can sit comfortably for extended meditation sessions with a completely comfortable, supported, and straight back free from pain. I absolutely love everything about both cushions. The zabutan is also filled in refectory and provides excellent comfort for knees. If you’re on the fence, but it! You won’t regret it.

I use this daily in my meditation room. So comfortable, so pretty, so awesome. Prior to buying this, I read reviews of possible dead bugs within the seeds in the cushion. Well, why are u looking in there in the first place? Lol. Totally inessential to its maintenance. Its a natural occurence of harvesting seeds. If this is your concern, buy a synthetically filled cushion and recognize nature includes bugs. Lol. No one has reported live bugs or even many…. just saying- it is fabulous. Totally satisfied after many months upon it.

I loved the idea of the set. The fabric is great and the set is just as expected. However I have a knee that is super picky about position so this set did not work for me.
