Good and solid chair. Need to connect the back screws to bottom, leave half screwed in, add backrest next and connect 4 screws, halfway, then push on seat and adjust so the final 2 screws on bottom seat can be connected. Then tighten all screws. Instructions insufficient and no u-tube done, yet.

Unstable and horrible
This product looks nice. That’s the best thing I can say. It was nicely packaged and easily assembled BUT the chair is extremely uncomfortable. It does not tilt well and the lumbar cushion is horrible. Additionally, this chair is unstable! Because it is so wide, if you sit other than dead center, you can easily tip the chair. I found out the hard way and I am lucky I did not break my hip! I have a nice bruise, pain and a tweaked back as a result. I was offered a 50% refund if I keep the chair. It’s not worth it. It’s going back. Assembled. It belongs in the trash. Don’t buy it.

Chair is much harder than the picture would lead you to believe. Lumbar support is also a little more than I was looking for. If you’re looking for something plush that you will sink into this def isn’t that. If you’re looking for a task chair then it will do the job.

Does the job but…
Sure seems to be pretty awesome so far however it seems like the sea slopes down slightly but it is a sturdy chair and I haven’t had any problems with it so far. I wish reclining was less restricted but seems to do the job.

Below average chair
I was expecting better quality from Flexispot. The material feels paper thin and cheep. Ergonomically very uncomfortable. The back rest is about an inch shorter than advertised, so my head is well above the back pad, and I’m only 6ft. The lumbar, even when deflated digs into your lower back. Overall, not a comfortable chair. I’m returning mine. I would pass on this one.

Uncomfortable Chair
The chair is very uncomfortable after 10 minutes of sitting. It leans forward making me feel like I’m slipping down out the chair. My rear end and back hurts. It’s a very big chair, but not comfortable at all. 0/10 – I do not recommend. Wish I could return it.
