Perfect for home workouts!
These bands are durable, comfortable, and don’t roll up during workouts. I’ve used them for warm-ups, glute activation, and postpartum strength work, and they’ve held up great. Compact enough to travel with too — overall, an excellent set for the price.

I use these bands all the time and they are holding up well. However, they are advertised as x-heavy and I was expecting more resistance.

Not stinky!
I originally bought a variety pack, but only really use the one red colored band so I figured I’d try these. The first thing I noticed was that they don’t stink like the previous ones that I had returned. They smell like the run-of-the-mill rubber that you would expect it to smell like I haven’t started using them yet, but it looks like the quality to me and I have taught Fitness for over 20 years.
