Expensive, tastes plant-based, but still great
This Field’s Great chocolate protein powder is great. It definitely tastes vegan (obviously), but it nevertheless tastes great. I mix it in with pancakes, shakes, and even coffee. It’s a wonderful and tasty way to add extra protein to my kid’s food. However, the current price of $53.99 (discounted from $65.99) is a bit high in my opinion. I would value this closer to $30-40 at most.

Great Tasting Chocolate Plant Based Protein Powder
Love this plant based protein. Great taste, smooth texture, no grit or sludge. Very few products in this space with 30g of protein and no sugar. Blend it with Fairlife Milk for an added 13g of protein makes for a great meal replacement.

Great Tasting Protein Powder that Blends Smoothly
My family and I had a chance to enjoy this product over the last few days. This is, without question, the best tasting protein powder we have had.We tried blending it with milk and with water. It doesn’t clump together like some other powders. A few seconds of blending and you have a delicious treat.Tastes great on its own – and tastes even better with fruit like strawberries and bananas.Packaging is nice and the brown bag makes it easy to find the chocolate flavor in our pantry. Seal at the top works well, unlike some other packages.Would recommend this product.

I tried Field’s Great plant‑based protein powder and liked it much more than expected. The chocolate taste is smooth and creamy, not chalky at all. It mixes easily in smoothies or with water, and the 30 g protein plus 5 g fiber kept me full longer. It’s vegan, gluten‑free and dairy‑free—great for sensitive diets. A bit expensve, but the quality feels worth it. Overall I’m happy with this option.

Field’s Great Protein Shakes
We drink a lot of protein shakes in our house, so I decided to try this particular brand. The product arrived well-packaged and undamaged to my house, with all seals intact. That said, once I opened the package, the seal broke (separated) so the package isn’t resealable and I had to bust out a binder clip to keep the package closed.The protein powder is very fine; I tasted it initially straight from the container. It’s not overwhelmingly great – I can definitely tell that it’s plant-based (with flavors/spices that seem like they’re masking the flavor). The directions call for 2 scoops of powder to 10-12 oz of liquid. I mixed one scoop of powder to almost 16 oz of milk; the resulting shake was so thick and creamy, I don’t know how I could double the amount of powder.The first few sips didn’t taste great, but the more I drank it, the more I liked the flavor and when I finished, I kind of craved some more. The texture is smooth, not grainy or chalky. I’ve decided that this will be “my” protein shake because I don’t want to have to convince the kids in the house that they like the taste of it.Where I’m on the fence is the value of the product. At time of review, this was $66 for 14 servings, or about $4.75 per serving. One could argue that people spend more money on their daily coffee/sodas, but I don’t drink either. I could see myself drinking half servings, which cuts the price/nutrition in half. If you are vegan, then this is probably a good option for you, but I’m not vegan either. For the same price, there are a lot of other protein powders out there that offer a greater quantity. I guess it comes down to a decision of quality.
