Good Fiber choice
Ordered this fiber for a vacation. Itvwill travelnwell. I had a previous flavor and decided to try this one. Not crazy about the banana flavor. We liked the chocolate peanutbutter ones better. So, I will reorder those again. It is a great wsy to take a fiber supplement. Easy to use, no mixing in water, just bite in enjoy. Works on the digestive system well also.

I love these! You can mindfully eat one and be satisfied, or eat 3 or 4 throughout the day to cut cravings. Minimal, quality ingredients and I love the taste and the crunchy, chewy texture. I track my nutrients and it makes me happy that these always help my get to, or go over my daily fiber needs. Just buy them!

Tastes Great and Helps With Daily Intake
The taste is surprisingly good, especially for a fiber supplement. It makes it easy to keep up with my daily fiber intake without mixing powders or taking extra pills. I’ve noticed it helps with regularity when used consistently. The only downside is that the price feels a little high for a 30-day supply, especially if multiple family members use it. Overall, a convenient and pleasant way to add more fiber to your routine.

Delicious Snack!
Wow!! What a small little thing but tastes so good. A great bite with clean ingredients and no other preservatives. It’s not too sweet, easy to chew and swallow; definitely a satisfying snack after a meal. Just need to remember to drink at least 8 oz of water or more. It’s a tad bit expensive but love it so much and will order more.

I bought these as an option to try instead of Bonny Fiber bites, which I usually purchase. The taste is okay (not great) and the ingredients are good. However, I felt more stomach upset with this brand.
