I suffer from endometriosis, PCOS, you name it. All the fun stuff that makes periods horrible and s*x painful. My mom got me these to try, said they were recommended for women who have similar issues. I figured it would just be another supplement that doesn’t really do anything. I WAS WRONG. Bit of a TMI ahead: These things make me so healthy down there. No more infections, I am no longer dry, I feel a lot better, just overall amazing. I will forever take these now because they have done what no prescribed medicine or technique has been able to do. I take two in the morning on an empty stomach and they work wonders all day. Definitely recommend!!!!

Good option
These taste good and are an easy texture to chew- not to sticky or gummy. I don’t really know if I can tell any differences when using them- so it is hard to know if they are doing anything. But I wouldn’t necessarily expect to feel anything different from this kind of supplement anyway. So I would just assume they are doing what they are supposed to. So I’d say probably a good option for someone who has a hard time swallowing pills- as most evening primrose pills I’ve used in the past are rather large- which would make it difficult for someone sensitive to that.

The bottle has 60 strawberry flavored gummies that will last a month. I like the simple clean formula: Evening Primrose oil, Black Cohosh and vitamin B6. I like that it is sugar free and sweetened with Stevia and Monk Fruit. I like that is made with Pectin and not gelatin. It is reassuring that it is made in a GMP facility. This is a tasty way to try Primrose Oil!

My wife noted no impact on how she felt during that ‘special’ time of the month, with about the same amount of pain and discomfort as normal. I suppose it may differ per user, but other than tasting good and being easy to chew and swallow, these were essentially placebos.It’s about average quality when it comes to packaging, but nothing special.She said she wouldn’t recommend it and neither should I, so I won’t.

I have been taking these gummies for awhile now and I really like them. First off they are pink hearts which is so cute! They have a firmer texture, which I like bc they are not the type to stick together in one lump in the jar. I usually take these the week before and the week of my monthyl cycle. They really do seem to help with my PMS symptoms. You get 30 doses in the jar. I am impressed that these are made with cold pressed oils also. They have a fruity flavor which I like. I prefer to take my supplements in gummy form since it is more enjoyable and easy to take.

Love me some gummies! For starters, they are vegan, no artificial sweeteners or colors. They are a nice strawberry flavor and sweetened with stevia and monk fruit extract.They contain 25 mg of B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 1300 mg of cold-pressed evening primrose oil, 130 mg of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) and 30 mg of black cohosh extract.No yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, gluten, soy, gelatin, peanuts, shellfish, dairy.EPO with black cohosh is said to help ease symptoms of PMS (breast pain), perimenopause & menopause (hot flashes), skin issues atopic dermatitis and eczema (which is what I am hoping to help).Now, EPO does contain phytoestrogens – which mimics estrogen’s effects. So do your research and talk to your doctor before taking this type of supplement, as there are indicators for people who should not take EPO as well as certain medications it may interfere with. Remember even naturally occurring plants, herbs, etc can still cause side effects or interference.Any possible results are not going to be seen right away, so I cannot base my review on efficacy. It can take several weeks to months to show any possible results (based on what you are using it for).Now…A concern of mine is that the bottle lists their website: greabby.com (Greabby Nutrition is out of Houston, TX).
