Best massage, close to human contact.
Absolutely love this massager. Got it 4 days ago and I have used it for about 10 minutes every day. I purchased it because I get headaches primarily due to my neck. I am so relaxed afterwards, I’m ready for bed.Easy to charge, easy to use, 3 settings for intensity, and heat can be added. Well worth the money. Next time I wake up with a stiff neck or slept wrong, this will be my go to help. Hopefully I can cut down on going to the chiropractor.

Great for sore necks!
So helpful for stiff and sore necks. Recommended by my PT. Way more convenient and less expensive than going to a masseuse. Just right for those mornings when you didn’t sleep right and wake up with a kink in your neck, or after a long day at the desk and need to wind down at night.Also, the customer service and product support is phenomenal. 2 year warranty makes it a no brainer to try.

Good at its job but not super dureable
Very good massager and helps with my back stiffness but I hate that the mesh starts ripping after a few months then the plastics start poking out.It would have still been a 5/5 but after a year one of the rotating things got disconnected and smeared grease/lubricant on my shirt and chair.I don’t know the inner rotating things have flaps which is what gets caught in the material and eventually starts ripping it

Works great, easy to use.
Lightweight and easy to use. I bought this for my girlfriend as she has a bad back which causes her to have neck pain also. She likes this as it isn’t heavy and you can vary the amount of massage pressure easily.The heat function works well, and while this might not be great for everyone, I would recommend giving it a shot. She has another portable massager that is totally different and she uses both daily.It’s so good, I ordered another one so she can use one in the car.

Fantastic deep tissue massager. I suffer from cervical radiculopathy. I have tried a few different products. This massager helps with shoulder and neck muscle deep massage. Three different controls with heat. Both me and my wife will benefit from this. It does look a little bulky and not sure if I can have it at work. Less than 60$ and great value

Great Massager but beware of the quality of the included charger.
The massager is great but BEWARE!!!! The wall charger that came with it, had bare wires! It’s broken and not safe to use. Luckily it comes with a charger for the car and that is where I intend to Use it anyways, on long car rides.

Quick & Convenient
I got this because lately I’ve been having a lot of neck pain and constantly trying to massage my neck with my hands to alleviate some of that pain really wasn’t doing much. The way this massager works took me by surprise at first because it really presses into your neck and gives you nice deep massage, it honestly made me laugh at first because it did tickle. The little roller balls aren’t uncomfortable and I like that they change directions so you’re getting a remote version of a nice neck massage. Because it’s shaped like a scarf almost you can tuck your hands into the loops at the end to give yourself a deeper massage as needed. The downside is that your hands/arms will get tired doing that for an extended period of time because they’re at an angle.

Fails quickly – No longer cordless, Heat stopped working
I’m super disappointed in this. We bought it close to two years ago but only used it for a few weeks at first. It seemed great. Then we had to pack a lot of stuff away while doing extensive work on the house, and this was kept with other massagers in a storage room. Nothing put on top of it. No extreme conditions. Just set aside.Today I had a sore neck and remembered I had this, so I found it and tried to use it. And… it no longer works correctly.It didn’t work at all initially, so I put it on its charger for an hour or so. It would turn on for a massage, but only when still plugged in, so it looks like the battery no longer charges at all. But even when it’s plugged in, the heat doesn’t work at all, and neither does the intensity button. Hitting either one does nothing at all.This was initially easy to use, great relief for shoulder and neck pain, and it just felt nice overall. But this costs enough that it absolutely shouldn’t be dying after such minimal use. Such a shame, but I can no longer recommend it.

This is a great massager, I use it primarily for my neck and it really provides a deep massage. Please don’t have any hesitations buying this product, not only is it a great massager, but one the seller stands behind. Our original unit stopped working almost a year after purchase, but when I contacted the seller, they were super helpful and replaced my unit with no hassles! I would not hesitate to buy any of their other products.

Have been using this massager for over a year and it works very well. Charge last long. Motors are powerful and does to stop even when a detect amount of tension is applied.
