As a mid 40’s perimenopausal woman, I have noticed my energy levels drop, night sweats, hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings and headaches have become the norm. Almost perfect. I like the formula except for the Vit. A in palmitate form. I prefer all my A be from beta carotene. It could have a bit less biotin as well for me, but overall this is a decent formula and hard to find a multi with Co-Q10, and some of the other extras. I like that it does not have a ton of iodine. It has a non-soy source of K. I will continue to use.

I’ve noticed after taking this for a few months now that it really helps to curb the hot flashes. It does not really help with the itchy skin or craziness that I experience now, but it is keeping some of the more physical symptoms I am experiencing coming into perimenopause.
