Relief I didn’t know I needed!
I ordered these and started taking them for the skin benefits but I was highly surprised by some of the other benefits that I have been noticing. My mood seems more even and I am also noticing that I am waking up less in the middle of the night. I have also noticed some relief in what are normally very bad menstrual cramps while taking this. On the skin side, my skin looks more plump and glowy. The pills are a little large but easy to swallow and I didn’t notice any bad taste or smell. Overal,l these seem to be a high quality that I didn’t know I needed so badly! 10/10.

They have a slightly fishy scent but no aftertaste. Three stars because of the confusing / or lack of information.

I like to take Evening Primrose Oil for how rich it is in GLA which is great for skin health. This supplement came nicely packaged in bubble wrap keeping the glass bottle safe. It comes in a dark glass bottle, top is sealed, and has an expiration date May 2027. You get 90 servings with this bottle and serving size is one capsule taken with a meal. The capsule is larger sized but I didn’t have any issue with swallowing it. Bottle states it’s a product of South Africa. Good supplement for skin and hormone health.
