My review is for the Doctor’s Best Women’s Menopause Support, NovaSoy, Black Cohosh & Chasteberry, Supports Hot Flashes & Night Sweats, Non-GMO • Gluten Free • Vegan, 30 Veggie CapsulesI have quite sensitive skin, and so I’m generally cautious when trying new products like this (always consult your doctor!) I’m happy to report that I did not experience any noticeable negative effects from this. At the same time, it’s hard to tell if there was any difference…as I took this while the weather was finally cooling down, and as a result, my hot flushes DID improve. Likely a coincidence honestly.Bottom line: I would maybe purchase again. Price is reasonable for a single months’ supply.

No bad aftertaste, surprisingly effective
I’ve been taking these for one week, and I’ve noticed a marked decrease in my hot flashes. Two or three a day has been my usual since last November and now I haven’t had a single one in the last three days. It’s been wonderful.I’d like to think it’s thanks to this supplement, but I’ve been on them such a short time it’s hard to tell. I’ve had no negative reactions like stomach discomfort or other symptoms. I’m eager to see if the relief holds out once I stop taking them and I can know for sure.

OK Menopause Supplement
I don’t know which ingredient in this supplement made me really tired, but I was so tired that I thought I would have to stop taking it. But then I figured out to take it right before bedtime. I’ve been using Black Cohosh and Soy for years. This has a little more soy than I usually take. I seem fine without the pills so maybe I have passed the hot flash stage, but I would not have survived those first few years without menopause supplements! Doctor’s Best is a brand that I trust.

Didn’t really work for me
I was really hoping that this supplement would work well for me since there are so many positive reviews. However, the biggest problem with hot flashes for me seems to be in the evening and also disrupting my sleep. This particular supplement did not work for me.

Spendy but Perfect for my Needs
This is a great supplement: it has my favorite ingredients for menopause or perimenopause support without too much extra stuff. Some supplements have a huge list of ingredients, which means a tiny serving of each component. I’m a big fan of vitex, soy, and black cohosh, and trust the ability to take them daily for hormonal support. I appreciate the quality of the Novasoy brand, and like that these are vegetarian (with plant-based capsules.) The herbs are good but would be better if organic. The supplement is expensive for a one-month supply, which may be prohibitive for some people. For me, if this supplement keeps my “internal temperature” in check and save me the embarassment and discomfort of extra sweating, it’s worth it.

these pills have ingredients that help with menopause symptoms. The supplements are very easy to take, and they have no taste. These work as expected.
