Update: the manufacturer has been very helpful and after researching the lot numbers, they reassured me that the product is Dim. They will be reprinting their labels to correct the capsule information. I really trust this brand, and I’ve been using the bi-est 5 cream for about half a year now.Original review: My bottles didn’t arrive in a box, just the bottle shown. I opened on before reading the entire package. It reads that each capsule has 200mg of bioidentical DHEA. This is too much DHEA for a woman. Also, I didn’t order DHEA, I wanted to try DIM. I don’t think I can return these. The misinformation on the label is a cause for concern.

I’m pleasantly stunned. I have suffered from extreme (wake up drenched, sheets drenched) for years. I am about to be 45, not in menopause but I believe I may have a hormone imbalance and my Doctor didn’t take me seriously about the night sweats. I am trying to balance out my hormones and, ideally, suppress any free estrogen that might interfere with my ability to stimulate and grow muscle. I have used other DIM supplements before, typically at 100mg per day. 200mg is the upper range of what is generally suggested, and I hope to see enhanced results. This supplement supplies 200mg of DIM in a single soft capsule. It’s easy to swallow and does not interfere with my sensitive digestive system. I did not experience any headaches or other unwanted side effects. I see that the seller published a QA testing results report on the listing, which goes a long way to help establish the credibility of the quality.
