Like eating a handful of vegetables
I take DIM as it helps me keep my prostate healthy. This can be a problem for us older guys. DIM typically comes from cruciferous vegatbles. With supplements is like eating a bunch of broccoli and cauliflower. They have added black power to help with absorption. I like that it has zero additives and preservatives. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. This product is manufactured in a US GMP-compliant facility that adheres to NSF standards and have been third party lab tested for quality. SaintMingiano has several highly rated supplements and these should be good as well.

Not working at least not for me. It’s that time in my life where I need something to help with the menopause symptoms but sadly I have to say this is not it.This product does have all plant base ingredients and I was in support of that.

I’ve been taking different brands of DIM Hormone support supplements for years. I look for ones that in addition to DIM, also include the calcium D-glucarate thats thought to help your body dispose of the spent hormones instead of continuing to recycle them. I don’t like to have to take that separately. This Sanit Mingiano supplement has 300 mg of DIM, 100 mg of calcium D-glucarate, and 100 mg of broccoli extract too in the serving of 2 capsules/day. This is a great supplement for me.

Dim for the ‘Good’ estrogen !
I got this because I take DIM to help my estrogen levels stay balanced and healthy. When I take Dim the major ups and downs in my moods gets leveled out. It helps me avoid those mood swings of being Happy one minute and Sad the next. DIM is in no way a miracle worker and that is why I say it ‘helps’. And enough so for me that I take it regularly and have been doing so for over 10 years. Another big reason I take DIM is because it may possibly reduce the levels of some of the bad estrogens according to many studies. One in particular is 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone which is linked to negative health aspects. A simple internet search will quickly shed light how DIM interacts with it and what it causes sometimes. What caught my eye with this brand is that broccoli extract and Calcium has been added ( 100mgs with 2 caps). That is no doubt ( to me at least) for the Sulforaphane benefits/connection with DIM. Sulforaphane is a very powerful antioxidant that works well with DIM in Phase 2 of the Liver detox process. Long story short it helps DIM work even better and together they are very powerful according to many studies. I would advise an internet search for the benefits of stacking Sulforaphane with DIM. One of the available precursors to Sulforaphane is Broccoli but it is usually Broccoli sprouts as they contain more of the active ingredient Glucoraphanin ( found in cruciferous vegetables). I take Broccoli Sprout extract for my body to make Sulforaphane and this addition of Broccoli Florets extract in this product is very much welcomed. I also take Sulforaphane supplements to add to the ones my body may make. The black pepper in this helps with increasing absorption so your body gets to use more of the ingredients rather than them being wasted. Unfortunately all these extra wonderful ingredients are going to require taking 2 caps rather than one to get the normal dosage of 300 mgs of DIM. And this is supposed to be third party lab tested but I was unable to verify that. Outside of that I have nothing but good things to say about this product. These are easy take as they kept the cap size pretty small going with the two caps rather than one. I also had no bad sides with these and like it’s 60 caps in one bottle so a months worth roughly.
