I’ve been taking various DIM supplements for years, this is a better one and here’s why.-I can easily open these and put into yogurt, oats…. anything soft.-Actually tastes pleasant, with slight sweetness from the pomegranate.-Only one capsules is needed.-Capsules are thick, and large (7/8″) for people with swallow issues like me, so being able to open them easily is a plus. They did not stick and I didn’t have to pull them open.-They are fresh, and smell like fruit. Very nice!-Although there is broccoli extract, I did not have the usual GI upset.-Formulated in the US, FDA facility-No unnecessary fillers or vitamins added.-Effective-Quality and value are both very good.I usually pay up to twice this amount so I am happy with this product cost for the quality. Seemed to transition me without any side effects, while continuing the benefits smoothy. I would order these again and can recommend.

More energy and less stress
I ordered the DIM SGS+ Supplement for Women. This plant based hormone supplement is made with broccoli and pomegranate extract. I especially like that it was an easy to swallow gelatin capsule. With these pure ingredients, so far I can report an increase in energy, and not as much of a spike in symptoms during that time of the month. They are definitely effective for me in that area. In my opinion, a very effective supplement with good quality ingredients. A great value overall.

One a day!
I’ve recently entered my perimenopause stage. It’s terrible. Getting a restful night’s sleep have been impossible with so many frequent wakeups from my temperature fluctuating all over the place. I’ve been taking this supplement for the past 2 weeks and have noticed that my hot flashes have slightly decreased. For me it took about 10 days to notice it’s effectiveness. I still wake up at night because I’m either too cold or too hot but it has been less frequent. I have not had any stomach issues since taking this supplement. So far so good.

I am not a doctor so I can’t give you medical advice on how well these work but I can review if they came as described.The item did come as described. It did have the accurate amount. I counted all 90.They came in a sealed container. All the capsules are full and closed adequately.It comes in normal pill packaging in a bottle that’s easily closable and has a child safety lid.They do have a slight funky smell but I’m sure that has to do with the broccoli product that isThese are distributed by stack science in Miami, Florida. Claimed to be formulated in America. FDA approved facility and have a 100% hassle free return policy. This is all noted on the bottle.As for how it’s packaged, sent and presented it to five out of five products. There’s a lot of research out there that says this is a good product, so I’m anxious for husband to use it and see if it helps.

I don’t think it’s doing anything for me
I’ve been taking this for over a month now and I can’t say that I’ve noticed any sort of positive result. The description makes a bunch of claims about benefits — energy, mood, clearer days. I haven’t experienced any of those. I would say just the opposite. Unfortunately, we’re deep in December and there is less daylight and anxiety associated with the holidays and end-of-the-year type stuff. So, it might be that the product is working, but just isn’t able to overcome the current situation.If anything, I would say that I’ve had more restless nights. That might explain the lack of energy during the day and my need to take a couple of naps. But the restless nights might be the result of anxiety. I certainly don’t feel any sort of calm or clarity. But those too can be attributed to not sleeping well, which might be the result of anxiety.My bottom line is that I don’t think this is doing anything. I don’t feel that this product is the cause of my restless nights. But I don’t feel that it’s done anything to relieve my restlessness at night either.As far as estrogen blocking for men… There might be science behind the claims made by this product. But I haven’t seen any of the “estrogen blocking for men” related benefits claimed by this product. If anything, I’ve notice an enlargement of my breast tissue and a lower libido. As “estrogen blocking” medications require a prescription and medical supervision, I’m inclined to say this might be something I’ll stop using as a self-help thing.

I’ve tried a DIM supplement from another brand that was more expensive, but I feel the same, so I prefer the Stacked Scince brand to more expensive DIM supplements. I feel energetic with hormonal balance and a stabilized mood. The natural ingredients make me feel at peace. Plus, you get a 90 day supply to take one easy to swallow capsule one time per day. What a great value! I’m sticking with this brand, so I most definitely recommend.
