High quality DIM
This DIM supplement has helped me out. I ordered to potentially help regulate estrogen and I feel like it has helped with that. On top of 200mg of DIM BioPerine that helps with absorption. A serving size is 1 capsule, so this could last you 60 days. Overall I’ve been please with this DIM supplement. I also like that it’s made in the USA.

Seem Good!
These come in a typical sized capsule. If you are comfortable taking capsules they go down easily and don’t have a normal gelatin flavor. They seem to be good quality. I would say if you are looking for a DIM Supplement this is a good option. I felt a little nervous to take them because I was on different medication at the time that might conflict but I’ll resume them soon and see how they support my overall wellbeing.
