Amazing portable breakfast, lunch or dinner with 12g of protein!
These are the perfect breakfast for anyone who has had the gastric sleeve surgery and are at minimum in the “soft foods” stage of post-op recovery! They are the perfect portion and leave me feeling just the right amount of full and satiated from the 12g of protein. The consistency and thickness are like yogurt with a little bit of fruit mixed in – all the flavors taste great. I think a case of 12 pouches for $3.33/ea ($40 total) is a bit over priced, especially to be purchasing a case 2-3 times a month. But, because my tastebuds and stomach are super picky now, and this is what I prefer for breakfast, I’ll pay the price, especially for the clean ingredients.

Great tasting!!!
I bought these smoothies when I first had bariatric surgery. They were great tasting. The protein content was adequate to fit my daily protein goals. The size was not overwhelming so they were easy to pack & carry in my lunch box. even shared these with a friend who got braces & was having difficulty eating. She even bought herself some. 100% recommend this product.

Don’t buy it unless you wanna gag.
Absolutely disgusting. The texture is extremely chunky and not in a “chunks of fruit” kind of way. I mean random white chunks take up about 65% of the pouch. More chunks than there is smoothie. Do NOT buy this. It doesn’t even taste good either.

The best I’ve tried
First of all, let me say it was a great value for my money. Next let me say it was the most amazing, tastiest protein smoothie that I have ever tasted in my life. And I have tried quite a few really made shakes, smoothies, and powders. Even my mom who doesn’t really have an appetite in the hospital, drink these. She actually enjoyed them, so I am surely going to keep on ordering these for her as well as myself. They don’t have any type of chalky taste or weird aftertaste. Because it does contain some fruit, it may be a little weird at first because there’s some sort of a texture when you were sucking it in from the package. But it does not taste weird or anything like that. There’s just a slight texture that once you get past that and realize it does not affect the taste and it’s not that bad, you’ll continue to drink it. I love the protein content, and the nutritional value is not that bad. I wish it was a little bit larger in size but it’s OK. The consistency is perfect.

My elderly mom drinks these for a protein boost. She enjoys all the flavors.

Worth it
I am really happy with this product. Healthy ingredients and not too sweet. I also give them to my elderly mom who needs extra protein. All of the flavors are really good. I like that they can be kept at room temperature until opened. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra protein or meal supplement.
