Feels like a real massage!
The neck massager is so comfortable that it feels like actual hands massaging my neck! It is very durable and strong enough for my neck and I really love using the massager on my lower back. It has various speeds and I have yet to find a favorite speed as they’ve all been relieving for my aches and pains after a hard days work. I have been researching and trialing various massagers for my neck and finally found the one. I love that it is cordless and I can walk around the house with it if I need to. The last one I had broke after a week, but not this one- it is made so well, I am confident it will stand the test of time!I carry all my stress in my shoulders. Chiropractors, massage therapist, and physical therapists all tell me how bad it is, and how it is even impacting my posture! This is the answer to helping make the stress go away!The packaging is perfect, a well made, small box with a handle, and the massager actually fits back in it when I am done, making it easy to take with me when we travel.The multiple settings, heat, the ability to reverse the direction, and an automatic shut off all assist with making sure you get the best massage, working out the tension, and knots wherever it is placed. It can be used on your neck, shoulders and back, I even used it on my knees and it helped relieve some of the pain!The charge lasts a long time, and for the price (45.99 at time of purchase), you cannot go wrong! That is a third of what you would pay for just one massage!I highly recommend this massager!

deep tissue massage
This device is lightweight, quick charging and has strong kneading. Good positioning of massage bars and really breaks up the muscle tissue to ease tension. The plastic casing and massage ends are not padded so a little uncomfortable for me but placing a hand towel between the massager and neck makes all the difference.

Ouch!
I thought this would be great for my fibromyalgia pain in my neck and shoulders which are very sensitive. But it is too rough. The intensity setting does not seem to have a slow relaxing massage. It hurts! The heat feels great but there no way to use it without the massage. A couple of the modes have a hold and release on them kind of scary. Tried low back massage it just kept pinching my cheek hip area. Made sciatica worse. The width is also not adjustable, my husband has a thick neck it wouldn’t even fit him. If you love rough deep massage you will like this. It is not good for fibromyalgia!

A Must Have for Tension Relief
This is the massager I was looking for! As someone who carries stress in the neck and shoulders, having access to something that can provide relief without needing to lay down on the ground or pull out heavy equipment has been a game changer. I love the fact that I can put this around my neck, turn it on, and feel it working. The massagers are strong and go deep enough to feel relief in the muscles. I appreciate the fact that it has options for heat including no heat at all. I also appreciate the three different massage modes, though I find myself always choosing the one that is the strongest. Aside from all the great features on this neck massager the one thing that probably makes it a must buy is the fact that it is cordless. No more being tied down to one location because you need to be near an outlet. Simply charge this and you can experience an amazing neck massage from anywhere. The massager comes with loops at the bottom to hold it right in place where it feels the best for you. You can also use it around your waist on your lower back which also comes in hand. There is a strap with a buckle snap but I’m not sure what it’s meant for. It would have to be for a large individual if it was meant to hold the massager in place around the waste.All in all, I am very grateful for this piece of equipment and I use it regularly. It’s definitely worth the purchase!
