I’m not as young as I was.
I’m 62 years old ,in my late 20’s I fell 26 feet on concrete. That was 1989 . I use roo jump rope like fighters now I’m alot old tried jumping rope but feet don’t move as fast the rope. With this rope I can jump probably not always on time but I don’t get discourage about my timing . Now I’m working up too 2 minutes at a time . Thanks You

Cordless Wonder
I love this. It’s better than a rope because you never get tripped up and it tracks, calories burned, and time.

Works but kind of silly
I was intrigued by this and decided to take a shot on it. It is an interesting device but has some drawbacks. It comes with a full size rope to use as a traditional jump rope in addition to the 2 shorter ropes with the ball ends. The ball ends are held on by looping the ropes through a channel and tightening. They seem to hold pretty well this way. The handles are large and comfortable and include counters to track your workout. The swivel heads move smoothly and freely. I ran through some jumping and it does what it says. It does somewhat have a feel of jumping rope. The thing that threw me off is that there isn’t really a feeling of sync between the 2 hands and your jumping. Once side could be spinning faster than the other or your jumps could totally miss the timing and there is no consequence. Maybe that’s a good thing for some, but it takes away the coordination factor of jumping rope. After a while I felt like I was just jumping in place. If you can get past that, it is a novel idea and may be good for some that need to exercise in a tight space where a traditional jump rope just wouldn’t work.

POOR Instructions
Returning because direction are not clear on how to safely put the rope lock in so the balls don’t go flying off.

I was told to jump more. Now I can jump rope in my living room.
I was advised by a health coach that as you age it is important to do higher impact exercises, like jumping around, in order to maintain bone health. I can now jump rope in my living room.It is fun having a device like this that can keep track of my progress. The swinging movement of the roped balls is smooth and the counter is accurate.Although you can switch between cordless and corded options, I didn’t find it effortless enough to be switching it back and forth on a regular basis. If I ever wanted to alternate between the two, I would probably just get a second jump rope so I could leave one cordless and the other corded. The alarm for when you finish your timed or counted routine is not that loud. I could not hear it when I was playing music. There is just one button that functions as the power button, switching between modes, and data display. I found it a little confusing and think that the instructions could be clearer. Here is how I understand it:1) Turn it on (hold button 2 seconds)When you turn it on, the display will show you what was on the display when you last turned it off. If you have used the jump rope before, it will show you the data display from your last session. Hold the button down again for 2 seconds to reset before going to the next step.2) Press button to toggle between modes until you see your desired mode:Jumps 100: Counting to 100 jumpsJumps 200Jumps 0: This is free countingTime 100: Timed jumping, 1 minuteTime 200: Timed jumping, 2 minutesTime 3003) Once the display shows your desired mode, just start jumping4) Now that you have begun exercising, you can toggle the data display between the following:CaloriesTimeCount5) When you stop swinging the rope, the counter and timers stop.6) To turn off, press and hold for 5 seconds.Note: Only one of the handles has the display and control button.Suggested improvements: Include extra rope caps. They are small and seem easy to lose. Also, the balls could be softer. I understand that they need to be a certain weight in order for them to swing smoothly, but I would think the heavier rubber core could be coated in a layer of foam.

The balls are weird, but stuck with the rope
I thought these were going to be cool and didn’t have to worry about a ceiling and the rope hitting it. Jumping with the short rope/balls is a bit weird to jump with. I ended up switching to just the rope and it is nice for it to keep track of the jumping. The instructions were a bit rough and needed to do the figuring out of how the working/modes on my own. Overall, good for a home gym. Quality-wise, they seem pretty good and will hold up. And for just over $20, they aren’t a bad option vs the traditional jump ropes. Its worth a shot for you, I will keep them and try to incorporate them into my workout regimen.

Leave Counting Reps in the Past!
This jump rope does the counting for you, so you don’t have to stress about keeping track during your workout—it’s a nice little convenience! The jump rope handles fit comfortably in your hand the rope itself offers a lot of flexibility. You can stick with the traditional long rope or switch to the cordless cable if you’re in a smaller space. Swapping between the two is super easy, which is a big plus. Whenever you are ready to start, just press the button and you are set!The battery life has been impressive, too. I’ve only had to charge it twice in the couple of months I’ve had it, and I use it almost daily. As far as accuracy goes, it’s been spot-on for me. When I’ve double-checked my reps, it’s only ever been off by 1 or 2, so I’m really happy with how reliable it’s been. This jump rope has been a nice addition to my workout equipment. At the time of this review, the rope sells for <$25 so I feel you get your money's worth from this unique piece of equipment.
