Love the pillows just not the bamboo smell
I give it a four due to the overwhelming smell of these pillows. Now, I did wash the pillowcases and I did Google that you shouldn’t wash the foam. So, I am going to try to febreze the stuffing to get rid of the smell. Overall, I do like them as they haven’t gone flat. I didn’t remove any of the filling as I like to sleep elevated. Because of the two sides I do believe that I am smelling the bamboo side which is not a pleasant smell. They are comfortable and I do like the quality of them as they do help support my elevated sleeping habits. If you need some adjustments to the pillows, you just need to remove some of the filling to get what you like.

No more neck pain and I sleep soundly!
This is my fav pillow!!! So glad it’s a two pack! I have a bad neck and tend to swap out my pillow frequently, depending on how my neck feels. Since buying these pillows, I’ve had less neck pain, less headaches and better quality of sleep! I love that you can remove the stuffing to adjust the firmness/softness. They come quite full so I removed stuffing for my bed pillow. The second pillow I left full and have it on our sofa. Perfect for movie watching! I recommended them to a family member with neck issues like me, and they love them too! Will buy again!

I love these pillows. I ordered them months ago and they STILL maintain their shape more or less. A poly filled pillow would be flatter than a pancake by now. Molds to my head well without too much give

Comfy, but too firm for sleeping (for me)
For my own personal preference, these are nice for propping myself up in bed to read or watch a movie, but not to sleep. They’re too thick and firm, giving me discomfort in my neck the next morning.

I love this pillow, it doesn’t give me a stiff neck, which is good. I like that you can remove some of the stuffing if need be.I highly recommend. The price was great also. I will definitely buy again since I replace my pillows so often.
