I always thought that DIM was a supplement for women because of its potent estrogen and overall hormone-balancing effects. After looking into it deeper I found that researchers are seeing benefits unique to men. DIM works by supporting good estrogen metabolites and reducing the less desirable, or ‘bad,’ estrogen metabolites. It has been shown to inhibit the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogen. Adequate testosterone levels are linked to decreased body fat, healthy muscle mass, more energy, and boosted stamina and libido. Along with testosterone support, they are finding DIM has also proven to protect against prostate issues and support bladder control with age. This DIM uses the liposomal method which makes it more absorbable. I have other supplements that use this method so I am pretty familiar with it. Liposomes encase the DIM protecting it from being damaged by stomach acids during digestion. This ensures a much more efficient and reliable delivery and uptake into cells. In their formula they have added other ingredients as a source of SGS for further help. It is manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the USA for quality and purity. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. The company has many highly rated supplements. My only concern is there is nothing mentioned about a 3rd party lab testing.

I don’t believe I have taken this supplement long enough for a complete review. However, after a few days, I started to see some helpful results. I tried another brand that was not liposomal and had significant side effects. I did not have any side effects when I switched to this brand. I definately recommend using a liposomal type supplement like this one. I am looking forward to good long term results.

I’ve been exploring DIM products, as it has been reported that it will help reestablish my hormone energy.I had reached a point at 53 where I had no energy and felt exhausted from the time I woke until I went to bed. I gained weight and felt horrible.The DIM has seemed to help, I have more energy and the weight gain has stopped.But it wasn’t a cure all.This type arrives in a small white tub .. type 2 plastic .. with an easy off lid and an extra long cellophane “tamper resistant” collarThere is a paper and foil seal, a bit difficult to remove,Inside is a bit of cotton.This is nearly full. No smell.I’ll have to wait to take this one until I have finished the type I’m taking now.Overall, I feel so much better taking the DIM
