Irregular periods.. not anymore
I don’t normally write a review but I am going to write one for this one. I struggle with PCOS and have irregular cycles. I was looking into supplements for when they are irregular and I have missed many months what can help jump start it back and with in a few weeks of taking this, it has come back. I’m only doing a 4 star because of the taste. This for the price is the most full vitamin on the market. It has everything you could ever want and it’s only like 30 bucks. All of its ingredients are natural plus it has the 40:1Of inositol suggested for regulation. I have only been on it for a little over a month but I am feeling better so far. I can’t wait to see how I feel later on!! I think if you have PCOS and are looking for something to regulate you this is the best choice. The amount of good things it has inside should speak for itself. I will try to update and let you know if it works. I am having a weird cycle this time around but I think it’s just trying to fix my cycles 😅 I have never been regular so I’m hoping this works.. wish me luck 🙃

Adverse reaction
I have been taking these not every day but decided to be committed to do so . I took them 2 days 4pills away like it said ..I became extremely dizzy and nauseated I had to call out of work . I threw up . I am at work now I feel better than I didn’t yesterday. But should have honestly stayed home again 🙄.. I really don’t feel good I read the back of the pill bottle and I am having the same reactions .I d9nt k ow if I’ll cut ba k to 2 d day or quit all togetherBut Def something to out for .I never had a reaction to any vitamins like this ever ..

Great for PCOS and Fertility
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and purchased this supplement because the ingredients checked all the boxes I was looking for. In the first 6 months this supplement helped regulate my very irregular period and curbed some of the other PCOS symptoms- hair loss, fatigue, etc. I am also happy to say that this resulted in a much hoped for pregnancy. While this supplement smells and tastes pretty bad (I also find I have to take it with a meal or I feel nauseous) I couldn’t be happier with the results.
