Potent Blend, But Caused Stomach Upset
I purchased this complex for my mother-in-law to help manage some of her menopause symptoms, particularly fatigue and mood swings. We were really hopeful given the impressive and comprehensive ingredient list.Unfortunately, it didn’t agree with her. She experienced significant stomach upset after taking the capsules. We suspect it might be due to the Maca root, as we’ve read that can be harsh on some digestive systems, especially when starting out. It’s a shame because we didn’t get a chance to see if it would help with the symptoms we were targeting.The product itself seems high-quality, and I appreciate that it’s a blend of so many powerful herbs. It just proved to be too potent for her sensitive stomach. We followed the dosage on the bottle, but it was still too much.It might work perfectly for others with a less sensitive constitution, but it wasn’t the right fit for us.

Aimed at women, something I missed before ordering (I’m a guy)
Turns out this was an Oops order. Either the description changed since I ordered it the end of August, or I missed the part about it being for women. Since I’m not a women, I refrained from taking it. Several of the ingredients are familiar by name, if not use, so it’s possible it is just fine for males to take as well, but I haven’t yet taken the time to do more reading on the individual components to make that determination. I suppose I could make a special trip down to the herb shop and see if any of the herbalist brainiacs who worked there in the past are still around to give a recommendation.It appears the capsules are made consistently, with both appearance (by-my-eye subjectiveness) and weight per cap being very consistent (within the limits of my 100 gram max scale with 0.01 gram resolution)
