The taste is pretty. It’s not overwhelming. And it’s not gritty. Some of the ones I have tried are very gritty. And as far as the combination of the ingredients of this melatonin, this one is perfect. The 40 mg along with the magnesium and ashwanda give me the perfect night’s sleep. I buy this all the time now.

This 40mg seems to be the correct dosage for me, a 65 year old male with no sleep apnea, but I suppose everyone is different. The smell of this pill is unique and pleasant, as odd as that sounds, lol.

Do the job
I was very skeptical about there’s because melatonin never works for me, I mean never, until I tried these. They worked great. If I’m not disturbed from my sleep then I do get 7 long hours in. Be sure to discuss with your doctor before taking and I cut them in half also. I don’t use a whole tab.

It’s great to be able to get 40 mg of melatonin in one small round pill. Easy to swallow or you can chew them if you’re unable to swallow them. The taste is good and the price compared to other brands is a great buy. I don’t feel groggy the next day and it’s just a good buy

Making sure it works
When I first bought these it works really great but as time pass it wasn’t so effective it’s easy to swallow it dissolves fast great value for your money but after a while it don’t work don’t really have a smell the only side effects I’d say I experience is that sometimes when you wake up even after having enough sleep this product make you feel tired an drain so I tried sleeping without taking it to compare an I realize it messes up your sleep pattern a bit once it start kicking in if you move of get up to do something the sleepy feeling goes away completely I went from taking 2-3 for sleep too taking about 5 an now it stop working an I stop using it this is not for long term use maybe once in a blue moon
