So glad I found this type of vitamin, its got different proprietary blends put in that I was looking for and meets the needs of women my age in their 40s! This is better than the prenatal I take. The whole foods concept in it is really good. Can take with food or without food. No taste and I feel great.

Good multivitamin!
I will be 40 in a couple months and was needing a good multivitamin. I was having insomnia, night sweats a long with losing some hair. Been using about 3 months seems to have improved on all. Quality:Health food store recommended!

Will keep taking them even though they make me a little nauseous
I love that these are whole food based and for women over 40+. And Bluebonnet is a brand I trust. And while these make me feel a little nauseous about an hour after I take them, even with food in my stomach, it fades pretty quickly. And I have NEVER found a vitamin that doesn’t make me feel at least a little sick. So I will keep taking them, but may try taking it right before bed so I sleep through the nausea.
