Chewable is better than a pill
The chewable form is great for someone who had difficulties swallowing pills or capsules. Not sure on the quality, independent lab testing is out of my scope. Taking their word for what’s actually in the chewable.Would be great if companies like this one would post independent lab reports for people to see, and make their decision from that.
