I like this product it’s very light and easy to use it’s not greasy the smell is a bit herbal so it’s a little strong for my liking but it does smell clean and it works well I’ve had good results with it as far as strengthening my hair since I do color a lot, however the only issue I have is it does make my hair a bit course or crunchy if I use it right after washing it with wet hair so I wait until the day after I’ve colored to use the product and it’s no problem, I like this product it’s very light and easy to use it’s not greasy the smell is a bit Herbal so it’s a little strong for my liking but it does smell clean and it works well I’ve had good results with it as far as strengthening my hair since I do color a lot, however the only issue I have is it does make my hair a bit course or crunchy if I use it right after washing it with wet hair so I wait until the day after I colored to use the product and it’s no problem it seems to be most effective for me that way, I will continue to use it. 🤗

My hair was thinning bad from stress. It was to the point I could start seeing the true shape of my scalp through my hair. It was that thin. So I decided to do a hair journey and try things to get it healthier and fuller. I trimmed my ends and decided to use this product because of the reviews. I used this product along with a concoction I made with different natural oils. I have been massaging my scalp and using the oils along with this for about 2-3 weeks. Let me tell you, I am amazed at the transformation. I no longer can see my scalp through my hair. My edges are thicker and I can actually create cute styles. My hair type is mixed (black and white) so it is super curly. So having thin hair and curly ends, yea not cute at all. I am amazed and very happy with this product. I honestly can say it could be the mixture of the oils along with this product that has made my hair super soft because it was dry from abusing it for many years. All I can say is try it, see what it can do for you. The smell is a peppermint scent, but not overpowering. Very light, not thick. Doesn’t leave your hair oily. Absorbs quickly in your scalp.

Like it but not in love
I have been using this for a little over a month now and I like the product but am not in love with it. I actually measured my hair growth before and during the use of the product to determine if it was actually helping. I wash my hair every other day and used the product every other day after washing my hair and applied it to wet hair. I did apply it once to dry hair just to see what the difference is or if it made it greasy, it did not. I just personally find it easier to do after getting out of the shower. On average my hair grew 1.4 cm in length every month before using this product and I have seen the same length of growth in the month I have used it so I did not see increased hair growth with use. My hair is pretty thick to start with and what I did notice is that it gives my hair extra volume (like I blow dried it, which I generally do not do) and makes it feel softer. The product has a slight mint smell that is subtle and not overpowering. I enjoy the mint. It is easy to apply. As I bought it to see an increase in hair growth, I most likely will not repurchase after my current bottle runs out.

Went from Yay! to Yikes!
I started using this product in February of 2019 and really liked it. It smelled, good, made my scalp tingly (in a good way!) and I actually started growing baby hairs in my thin spots. From then on, I added it to my “subscribe and save” orders and had it auto delivered every month. Since then, the packaging has changed twice. The first time it changed I was a bit hesitant to use it thinking the product itself may have changed…but no worries, it was still working great! Last month’s delivery was yet again in a different style bottle. No big deal, it worked last time, Right??? WRONG! Within a week of use, my scalp started falling apart. Not dandruff, not flakes. Sheets of skin roughly the size of my thumbnail. The skin underneath (cuz of course I picked at it) looked red and irritated.After ruling out my shampoo and conditioner (neither of which I have changed in months) I stopped using the serum and after 2 days my head was already looking better.

I I put 1 STAR, NOT 5. What happened?I ordered and just received 5/18/20 my Biotin Hair Serum. I’m so sure I read what it says online on Amazon in the description that “this product WILL promote healthy hair GROWTH.” It says NOTHING about what’s on the box. Verbatim, the box says “Our Biotin Hair Serum is formulated with powerful ingredients designed to cleanse your scalp and CREATE the APPEARANCE of thicker, healthier, fuller, healthier LOOKING hair. I am so angry. If anything like that we’re on the description on AMAZON I WOULD NOT have purchased and get excited about it. I’m just so disappointed and angry at the same time. Unfortunately, I had already opened it, then read the box so I’m stuck with it and wouldn’t want to waste a dime to send it back, I’m unemployed during this pandemic, that’s $18 I could have kept. I will never order from this company again. I do believe this is considered FALSE advertisement. Amazon please be careful the great service you give should not be tainted by false advertisement. AMAZON, Thank YOU for allowing me to tell what I’ve read and was promised as I needed something that was promise and delivered because of my condition. Mit diesem Serum ist das alles andere als dass, ich liebe es. Mal sehen wie die Wirkung ist.
