Great probiotics!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great probiotics, actually noticed a difference!I’ve been taking these probiotics for about two weeks now and I can honestly see the results. I used to get bloating and heaviness after meals, and with BIOMA that discomfort went away. My digestion feels much calmer and more balanced throughout the day.The capsules are easy to swallow, and most importantly, no side effects at all. With some other probiotics I’ve tried, I would feel discomfort or cramps, but this one works very gently while still being effective.I also appreciate the clean formula and that it’s vegan-friendly without unnecessary additives.Overall, I’m really happy with these probiotics and I’ll continue the course. Would recommend.

Surprisingly effective
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this probiotic actually made a difference for me. After about a week, my digestion felt more settled and I had noticeably less bloating. The delayed-release capsules seem to help because I didn’t get any stomach discomfort like I have with some other brands.I also like that it’s vegan and gluten-free, and the formula with different Bifidobacterium strains plus prebiotics feels thoughtfully put together. Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and it fits well into my daily routine.Overall, solid product. I’m glad I tried it and will probably repurchase.

Unfortunately this product isn’t working for me
I really wanted to love these probiotics because they looked perfect — vegan, simple ingredients, and even packaged in a glass bottle, which I appreciate. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like the idea of supporting gut health naturally.But my experience has been a little rough. After starting them, I noticed more bloating than usual and even some diarrhea on certain days. I kept taking them for a few weeks thinking maybe my body just needed time to adjust, but the discomfort didn’t completely go away.I’m sure this product works well for others (the reviews made me excited to try!), but for me the side effects were too much. That’s why I can only give 3 stars. I may try a different probiotic next time.

Really helpful probiotics!
I love that these probiotics are vegan — that was a big plus for me. The capsules are a convenient size and super easy to swallow, no issues at all. Good digestive support
I’ve been using this BIOMA probiotic for several weeks now. Like many, I was drawn to the complex formula (probiotics + prebiotics + postbiotics) — it’s convenient not to have to buy a bunch of different supplements. I was especially pleased with the packaging—a dark glass bottle, which looks high-quality and probably protects the contents better. I haven’t seen any major improvements in my digestion, but I feel generally fine, and perhaps I experience a bit less bloating. The effect feels more subtle and cumulative. Overall, my impression is positive. I believe this could be a good option for maintaining gut flora. I also want to note that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste, which makes taking them very comfortable.

I’ve been taking Bioma for almost a month now. I like that the capsules are small, easy to swallow, and have no aftertaste. After a couple of weeks, I noticed less bloating and digestion feels a bit smoother, especially after heavier meals.The formula is interesting — not just probiotics, but also a prebiotic (XOS) and tributyrin, which makes it stand out compared to many others.On the downside, the price is pretty high for a 30-day supply, and the results are subtle rather than dramatic. Relief finally ! Great probiotic !
I had weight loss surgery in 2017. I eliminated 75lbs and regained 20 during covid. I have eliminated 10lbs on my own and I’m not taking this for weightloss but to regulate my digestive system. I’ve been taking this now for 14 days & my bowel movements have been great. For the past couple of years , I have been dealing with digestive pain in stomach no matter what I have eaten. I’ve been to Doctors for this. I had tests & I have a small hiatal hernia. So that’s not the problem. The past 6 months have been horrible. So i decided to give this product a chance cause other probiotics haven’t helped. In 2 weeks I have been pain free. Not sure if this is doing it or because I have cut out a bunch of supplements. You need to take a good mutlivitamin after the surgery , and I have , but if my problems have been eliminated since taking BIOMA then this is the answer. I also find that I’m not craving the way I used to…my advice give this a try..
