I have been battling mold toxicity for about a year now. My naturopath is helping me to implement natural rituals into my daily life that will aid in my detox. She turned me on to dry brushing. I ordered my Belula set here on Amazon, not really knowing much about it and what to do. I opened the package and it was such beautiful packaging with a wonderful message from the company. It comes with complete instructions and it also gives you tips on what to do if your skin isn’t used to it yet. This product is beautifully made and is the perfect addition to my new self care routine. My skin loves to be brushed! It felt amazing! And I followed it up with the exfoliating gloves the comes with it in the shower. I can’t wait to continue to do this ritual and see/feel the wonderful benefits.I highly recommend! MUST HAVE FOR LADIES-SELF CARE
Beautifully crafted quality product. Bristles are firm enough for dry scrubbing to remove dead cells and improve skin texture. Useful tool to remove chicken skin or bumps if used 1-2x a week. I noticed smooth and improved skin texture after about 3 uses. Not sorry I bought it. Going pick up a couple more for Christmas gifts.

Best ever body brush!
I’ve Had a few body brushes over the years that were more expensive. However I really like this one better than any of them. Quality is great . Not too soft nor too stiff.I like the fact that you can switch it from a long handle to a handheld. It also comes with a little brush and an exfoliating glove if you need it, and a bag for storage. Well, I didn’t know it was a family company. I am glad that the letter enclosed informed me of that … even giving an email if I had any questions or opinions on how to make it better.No need this is a keeper!

Not a bad brush, highly recomend.
They call this a “Dry Brush” but seriously, I never ever had used any boar bristle brush as a “dry” brush. It holds up well and drains well. I use it in the shower all the time with body wash and it does wonders to removing all that dead skin from one’s body. At the least, with water on you, as you scrub, it will wash away all that dead skin, then you just follow up with a washing cloth.My last brush that I had, wasn’t from this group, and it had a rubber grip around the handle, this one doesn’t have that and is just the wood. The wood is nice and polished so with that you don’t get blisters but it can be a bit hard to grasp if you have any soap on your hands, and especially any hair conditioner as that is quite slick.One of the key aspects of this brush is you can take it apart, yes, the head is removable and you can plop it right back on. It has a hand strap so you can put it in your hand and scrub away in areas where you don’t need the pesky handle in the way. This is the second biggest reason that I purchased this brush, because a lot of the brushes you find in the store, such as Wal-Mart will have the head of their brushes non removable. The head will stay in the brush if you keep it there as well, it is wood, and wood swells when wet, locking it in.Like all things, “Wood” don’t let this brush “dry” out. Seriously. See I know people that blow dry their hair, and bodies and some that crank the heater up to 85 F in winter, well I tell ya, wood cracks when dry so don’t do it.

The packaging and messaging for this product was the first thing to impress me. From the multiple introductions and sharing of the intention to the offer to plant a tree thanks to your purchase. I like that the bristles have been added by hand and that there is a hand hold option or the handle option for the bigger brush. I also like the detailed instructions if you have never done dry brushing before. All of the items in the package are quality and work great! I’m very happy with the purchase!

I started using these, and OMG I mean I’ve never been more soft! It’s amazing how much dead skin comes off and how soft it makes you when you’re done showering. I use it before my shower on my dry skin and then exfoliate in the shower and I’m so incredibly soft! This works wonders! Very good quality as well!

I’ve been using it for a week every morning before working out and then using the gloves in the shower. Results are good, less backné and I feel more energized. The brushes have the right strength, you will only hurt yourself if pushing it too hard against your skin. The gloves work very well with the rice soap I am using, loads of foam, fresh scent and soft skin(M-mark rice bran soap). Really good combo. If you put the work you will feel better about your skin. After that I am using oils to rehydrate (Welleda for cellulite and Makadamiya Rose geranium oil for dry legs and forearms). I feel really ha pay about my skin right now.

Couldn’t help but compare this with a previous natural dry brush I had tried. With the previous one, the bristles were so hard and rough on my skin I couldn’t stand it. I eventually had to throw it away. Belula’s is totally different: the bristles are of the perfect stiffness – neither too stiff nor too soft. Brushing is both a stimulating and comfortable experience – the body brush has made dry brushing a delightful part of my morning routine. The package also comes with a facial brush. It’s softer and gentler than the bigger body brush, again, just the right set of bristles for facial skin. Both brushes are sturdy, obviously well-crafted. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone keen on dry brushing.
