good pillow for those wanting less firm
I’m actually enjoying this pillow. It took a bit of getting used to with the hybrid design, but it became extremely comfortable after a couple nights and figuring out which side i liked. Its not super firm, but provides great support. No noticable smell upon opening, nor much cooling effect with a pillow case on. I bought this to have a good firmness full grid memory foam and a softer/less firm option to switch between, so far its meeting these needs well. Definitely worth it on the sale price i got it on, wouldn’t have kept it at full price.

DO NOT BUY
I bought these pillows a few years back and they were wonderful. I bought the same brand this time and they are awful. Do not support and lie flat even after you try to fluff. They are flat like a pancake and I thought size 3.0 would be like ones I bought previously and they are not. Looks like they changed the pillow support inside and I would NOT buy again.

Best pillow brand
I’ve owned these pillows for year now. They are very comfortable and durable. Great value for the $ and cooling effect. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Cooling pillow
A lot more comfortable than your standard memory foam brick pillows. Head sinks in. I do flip the pillow a few times a night to get to the cool side. I’m used to buying cheap pillows and switching out every 6 months, but this one is expected to last a couple of years.
