This is a great bath brush!
If you are around 5 ft 3 to 8 inches these are perfect to scrub you back! the curve lets you get to lower back easily and it’s long enough to get your feet! I bought one of these a couple years ago when I could not find one long enough in the stores, the curve makes the difference and they are just the right length. I have shoulder issues so I am not as flexible as I used to be – who is – but I can use this sitting or standing. Hubby needs one and was gonna take my old one! So I got two new ones, mine is pink. No thieving allowed. My shower is the size of a camp/RV so it really requires good handling. The bristles are just right also, not too soft and not too scratchy. The previous one has lasted 2 years and if I can hide it, I will still use it for a while longer. The handle has grippy stuff so it doesn’t slip when wet and it offers a good gripping surface.

Almost Perfect
Preferences vary on the perfect shower back brush. What is too soft for some is too firm for others. This brush combines the best of both choices with soft bristles in the middle surrounded by a row of firmer bristles. The overall feel is “medium soft” – PERFECT for me! I feel I am getting my back clean without the painful torture device feel of stiffer brushes.Some want a short handle, some want a longer handle. I find that the longer the handle is, the further it reaches, but the harder it is to control. This handle is long enough for me to reach my entire back, half reaching down from the shoulders and half reaching up from the waist.The grip material on the handle keeps it from twisting with wet hands but it is still a little slippery with soapy hands. The “grip ridges” circle the handle, it may be easier to keep from slipping if the “grip ridges” ran parallel with the handle or even spiraled the handle. I recommend rinsing the soap off your hand prior to grasping the handle.A color matching adhesive hook is included, but is not very well thought out and may not stay attached to the wall. The thickness of the brush does not fit the hook well.I would like to see more color choices. The current choices are basically “feminine colors”. Guys need to keep their back clean too!

PERFECT STIFFNESS FOR A COMFORTABLE SCRUB
We have three (3) of these … each family member has their color … GREAT BRUSHES … easy to clean … no fear of mold like can occur with natural boar bristles. Bought the first one two years ago … used daily … recently bought two more … the older one is good as the new ones!!

Back brush
This is a nice back brush but the handle is cylindrical and very thick at the end where ud place ur hand. It is hard to grip bc of that factor. I am 5″9′ so I have a larger hand but I struggle keeping a good grip on it while wet and soapy. It is a bit heavy and turns in my hand causing the brush to face away from my back. I have to readjust my grip often. Not the best, especially if u have any hand muscle/tendon issues. Poor design of the handle. I don’t recommend.

A perfect balance of stiffness and softness
After reading some of the other reviews I decided to take a chance and buy this brush. My previous back brush had fairly stiff bristles and using it felt pretty abrasive, especially toward my sides. This brush has enough stiffness to feel stimulating when applying light pressure, but when you increase the handle pressure the outer rows spread out, and rub the softer bristles on your skin. By varying the handle pressure you get a foaming and scrubbing combination that works well in the shower. The handle length is perfect for me at 5”10” and the curve is just right to match the back’s curve so you don’t miss any areas. The silicone grip works well to prevent slipping when wet. I picked a lighter color to conceal any hard water deposits in the future.The only down-side for me is that it’s ANOTHER item manufactured in China, but I’m keeping it.

It is a very well made brush. The length is clearly marked yet upon using it I realize that it is a bit too long for me. Also, it is heavier than I had expected. It came wrapped well and arrived quickly.

Handles a little large for our needs. Other than that it’s pretty good. Bristles are more firm on the outside than inside.
