Better than most.
Good brace but tends to climb up my back. It would be very good if it would stat in place. When I first put it on it really helps straighten my spine but within a couple hours it starts climbing up my back losing the pullback effect. It is better than the others I have tried but still lacks in giving support for more than 2 1/2 hours.

The Black Bear Brace for Your Back
The black HEZKUGU is not a bear turned upside down, though hanging it up after use may look that way. This back brace trains your back to support your shoulders, arms, and core. Using it often yields this dividend, keeping your bare back and torso happy. Having your shoulder plop over, hanging down like a loser, will work itself out of your system, and you can then walk not like an Egyptian (as the song goes), but like a viral person with good posture. Your black bear brace isn’t unbearably heavy; in fact, it is not heavy at all. Just turn it upside down from this photo, slide your arms into the slings, and tighten the wrap-arounds on your lower back to your stomach, cinching them as tight as you want, pulling your shoulders up and back. I was hoping it at least last at least a year. Disappointed
Back support has loosen and Velcro got loose too. Helps alot with pain.

Way small
Runs very small. The concept might work if it fit. However, it would be too small for anyone over 120 pounds. Very disappointed in the misrepresented size. I am 30 inch waist and this was 4-5 inches too short for the waist band to even touch, let alone the overlap needed for the velcro to fasten.

The Best Posture Brace I’ve ever had!
I love the structure and firmness of this brace because it is just what I need. I started out wearing it 2 hours a day as it takes time to train muscles to hold you straight. Now I can wear it going out and I like my posture in the mirror! It is fully adjustable and I think once I can stand straight on my own I will loosen it. Thank you👍
