Happy to find an affordable, clean ingredient, shampoo option!!
My husband was diagnosed with cancer last year. After doing a little research, you can learn that terrible & forever chemicals and plastics are in EVERYTHING!!! We spent months changing out everything we could and when looking to change out shampoo, having an anti-dandruff was important for my husband and having something that didn’t cost an arm and a leg was important to me. I was happy to find this company and specifically, this shampoo. It was even “Bobby Approved”, which also helped us make up our minds about it. The smell is good and the quality of the shampoo is consistent. My husband was a little skeptical when he started using it, thinking it wouldn’t work as well as Head & Shoulders, but he loves the way this shampoo makes his hair feel & shine and he hasn’t had any issues with dandruff since using it. I was thrilled that for the size of the bottle, it ended up being a good value for the cost. It does come in an easy to use plastic bottle – I do wish they had a better option for the container, but using this is still better than most alternatives.

Awesome Choice
Researched for a good, quality natural conditioner. I love this scent. It doesn’t lather up the best, but if you add a little water to it, it will. The smell is amazing and lasts.

I will say 2 nice things about this product first. It’s organic… yay. It smells fantastic… a real lavender scent. Besides these things, I found this conditioner to be absolutely useless and ineffective! I used to buy Avalon Organics shampoo and conditioner regularly some years ago and was VERY satisfied with them. The only reason I stopped using them is because our budget got really tight and I had to buy cheaper products. As I have been able to buy nicer products again, I wanted to give Avalon another try. Feeling I could trust that it was a good product, I made the mistake of buying a really big bottle of it on Amazon, excited to see the good value. First… I was not able to get the pump nozzle to release by turning it, no matter what I tried. So, I just used it by pouring it out the top. I was extremely surprised and disappointed to find that it was a completely different consistency than I remember (but same great smell). When I used it years ago it was nice and thick and I didn’t have to use a huge volume of it to get good coverage for my hair. This stuff was so thin, I had to use handfuls of it just to feel it on my hair at all, and even with a huge volume applied, I felt like there was nothing in my hair. Even what was in my hair just ran and dripped off instead of being retained and letting my hair soak in it a little while. After I rinsed and got out of the shower, I was disgusted to find that, as I tried to brush my hair, not only was my hair dry and tangly, as if it has not been conditioned at all, but I began to notice a waxy build up on my hair brush, which I have never yet experienced! I would return it if my return window was not already closed. Now it will probably just go in the trash… a complete WASTE of money and resources!

Soothing for my scalp and leaves my hair very soft
My hair does look thicker, but I don’t know if it has anything to do with more hair growing. What I do know is that my scalp is usually quite irritated and this conditioner does not irritate my scalp at all. It is quite calming. Also, it leaves my hair so incredibly soft when you apply it it doesn’t feel thick and creamy it actually sort of disappears into your hair. After rinsing, it is so nice my hair feels very silky and soft instead of how it’s been lately which is sort of stiff and unmanageable. I’m 51 years old. My hair used to be so nice and it took so little to make it nice. Now I have a lot less hair and it has recently felt really just quite brittle with the normal shampoo and conditioner I have used in the past this conditioner is really great for my hair.

Great ingredients but did not help my dry scalp good enough.
Helped with dandruff a little but did not get rid of it. No greasiness. Small bottle so great weight. Texture is great. I have short hair but im sure it would have great tangle resistance.

説明をきちんと読んでいなかった私が悪いのですが、こちらは、thin, limp, lifeless hair ですので、髪が薄くてぺったりしている人のボリュームをだすためのconditionerです。日本人としては普通の髪質の私の場合は、コンディショナーを使うと固まってしまい、ブラシが通らない状況になりました。ちなみに同じメーカーのローズマリーシャンプーも購入しましたが、こちらは別に相性の問題はありませんでした。
