Go MACA
If you have never tried Maca, then now is the time, and this is an excellent choice. Red Maca is a bit cheaper, with adequate benefit profile. I have definitely noticed my exercise stamina increased having used this product. This is a good quality organic maca and I much prefer this unprocessed raw product.

Bruuuuuhhhhhh. Ok, so, yes, you’ll risk a chance of your stomach getting upset. It took me a bit to get my fiber intake right enough to take this daily and half the dose ended up doing the trick. Now, the best part about it, THE SPICY ACTS FEEL AMAZING. It’s not overnight, but after a few of weeks of consistency, its been a game changer for my libido. Also, it’s a good price point so if it ends up not working for you, I’m sure you’ve spent the same amount of money on worse. YOLO.

A Surprising Maca
This red maca powder was a bit of a surprise, but now that I’ve gotten used to it, I’m really liking it and finding it to be a high-quality product.I bought this for its hormonal balancing benefits. A couple of things to know: I was surprised by the color, as I expected it to be more reddish, but it’s a more natural, pale tan. The taste is also very strong and earthy, not something you’d take on its own. However, it blends perfectly into my morning smoothie, and I don’t mind it at all when mixed with fruit and other ingredients.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package unfortunately arrived with a small cut in it. The product inside was fine, but it was a bit messy upon opening. Overall, I’m pleased with the powder itself and happy to have it as a part of my daily routine.

I take 2 teaspoons in 4oz of cold cashew milk with a teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener. It’s delicious. I do this about 3 days per week. My night sweats stopped the same week I started and my already decent libido dialed up 😁 Irritability stopped as well. Highly recommend for those in peri menopause.
