Life changer – i worked for Andrew for 5 years in my 20s amazing experience here in Henderson NV. I was having what I suspected was perimenopause symptoms suddenly developing anxiety lightheaded dizzy spells sensitive to caffeine cut out soda lowered to barely any habits and was still happening all of a sudden when total coffee bound and low Lobito suddenly after a week plus of taking even just one a day miraculous improvement by 80-90 percent – I hope over time I feel like me again 100!

I take several AL products for prevention and good health. When I started to have hot spells for the first time in my life, it was also the first time I reached out to AL help me with an immediate problem.Everything lifestyle wise was already being done and, after changing bedding, clothing, using a cool humidifier overnight and already exercising and eating right, it was very frustrating to find nothing helped after doing it all right. All the advice was the same but I could not stay asleep and my fear was it would get worse.I finally turned to the brand I trust the most and I was not disappointed. After reading several reviews to try it and give it at least a week or more, this product and that advice saved me. I actually teared up when I realized I had slept through the night three days after starting on 1 pill twice a day. Finally, I was helped. My hot spells diminished and, when I paired this with AL Evening Primrose Oil, my 8-10 spells in the day faded away along with some other physical symptoms I had started to experience.3 weeks later I am back to my old self so much so I may back off to one a day for each and see if I can manage it from there. I am beyond appreciative of this brand. I also bought his Positive Passage which remains untouched because this did the trick.Highly recommend if you are suffering through the symptoms of womanhood. Helping With Perimenopause
I didn’t think this was really working at first. But then when I got to the end of the first month of taking them and I noticed: I have more energy, I sleep better at night and even if I wake up I go right back to sleep. I am not sweeting as bad at night. I still have some perimenopause symptoms. But I do think this supplement helps.

EDIT UPDATE: 6/30/23Okay this product is incredible. I missed taking ONE pill night before last and I SWEAT ALL NIGHT LONG LAST NIGHT. It really does work! And I only need to take one a day – it gets the job done. Could not rec any higher. WOW!6/10/23I’m a super sceptic when it comes to herbs. I like science. I like facts. When I bought this last week I did it out of desperation. The whole “waking up with my entire body wet-even my hands and fingers”! Who knew fingers could sweat. Anyway, I’ve been taking one a day for about a week and hot damn! My nightmare night sweats have decreased! The last few nights, sure I have got flashes BUT I DONT SOAK THE SHEETS WITH MY SWEAT!
