Almased makes weight loss easy, and tasty!
Losing 20 lbs with Almased has been easy, and I love the taste of the vanilla! Super easy to mix and you don’t need to add anything but water. It keeps me satisfied between meals and gives me the protein I need to maintain muscle during the weight loss. Taking it a couple times per day really helped me lose weight quickly.

Great product when added to cold liquid. Helps in nutrition and weight management. Not my fav taste plain so I added some banana extract. Delivered on time and as described. I use a high speed blender so it mixes easy.

does it taste good? Definitely not. Is it so bad that you can’t drink it? no. it pretty much taste like you’re drinking vanilla flavored shredded paper pulp. Super mid flavor and just generally kind of blah. Add a little bit of honey or half of a banana, plus it’ll help get your calorie intake up since three shakes a day is only like 600 cal which is not enough for any human being alive. It’s only my first day drinking it but man just one shake has me feeling so full it’s crazy. We’ll report back in a few weeks to see how much weight I’ve lost. I’m just using a simple shaker bottle to make the shakes but do not just stir in a cup because it will not dissolve correctly. Either use it in a blender or use a shaker cup.

Shake Shake Satisfaction
This non-diary protein shake does allow you to lose weight and enjoy the taste! I wish Almased was a little more economically priced, because the weight loss program is time consuming for myself because I am not as active as I need to be but I have lost 8lbs.; and heading back towards my goal weight. I am not bloated, I do not feel hungry and I do have more energy all day. I have 2 shakes per day and one meal I want and enjoy!

Best way to make it better
When I first got it and tried it if course it tasted horrible so I tried putting strawberries in it and that didn’t work so instead I tried 4 or 5 oz of the Almased with peanut butter ice cream, milk, peanut butter spread and granola into a blender, it made it thick almost like a smoothie but the taste is so much better. You can still taste the Almased but not over powering. It does feel filling just from taking a few sips.
