This made me have a missed period.
I was struggling with symptoms of estrogen dominance and took this supplement every other day for about 2 weeks and it caused me to have a missed period. I would not recommend this supplement, and please also be wary of people who have had great experience with DIM and preach taking it every day! It caused my estrogen levels to drop rapidly. I would not recommend. Please check with your doctor before taking this.
