It stopped my hot flashes
An Asian neighbor recommended soy for control of hot flashes. I did a literature review and learned that it works for about 40% of Caucasian women, and takes several weeks before it becomes effective. I’m fortunate to have the gene variant that allowed it to work for me! Rather than waking at least 6 times per night, I have no hot flashes. I wondered if perhaps the hot flash stage was just over and it was a coincidence that I was taking the soy. I lowered the dose and the hot flashes returned. I started w/ two capsules once a day, and now maintain at one capsule per day.

It helps a little but it doesn’t take away completely. I don’t know I’ll try to little bit longer but at this point I don’t think nothing works

My skin looks great
I lost over 30 pounds in the past year and my boobs shrunk a little. I decided to try these to see if they could help make them a little bigger and while I haven’t really noticed any difference with that, my skin looks so amazing!! I had some fine lines on my face and can hardly see them now. I’m 39 and don’t have any menopausal symptoms yet. I also only have been taking it about 3 weeks out of the month because I don’t want to be extra fertile during the week I ovulate, so I skip that week. I only take one a day.

100mg NOT 50mg!
I bought this product after reading that it could help with inducing or making ovulation more consistent. We had been struggling with infertility for close to a year so I was anxious to try it. I was incredibly disappointed to see what arrived at my door. What I received was in a completely different package and was a different dose as well. These are sold as 50mg but are actually 100mg. I did not have time to reorder them before I had to start taking them so I crossed my fingers that the higher dose wouldn’t cause any issues. I am happy to say that it had the opposite effect. I took these on cd3-7 and ended up getting a positive pregnancy test a few weeks later. I did get headaches whiles using this as well as mood swings. I credit this product with our pregnancy success but I wish they were more clear on the actual product.

Only need half capsule
I only take half a capsule because more than that makes me hot and anxious. It helps me sleep better at night but I make sure and take it before 4:00 pm.
