Water container is not one piece. Leaks.
I have had this for a few days. Seemed fine quiet efficient, I noticed the humidity wasn’t matching what my other instruments read. I don’t care about that too much. I kept noticing puddles of water forming at the base. My first thought is that some of the mist was reaching the ground and creating. It seemed a bit too wet for that but I then noticed through some testing and I can’t believe this, the water container is not a single piece. The bottom is attached to the drum and it leaks from where it attaches. See pictures. I cannot believe that somebody thought up to hold three and a half gallons of water with a snap-on plastic base.

Just Perfect
LOVE this humidifier, and with good reason. It hold over 3 gallons of water so I’m no refilling it daily; it is so quiet that you can’t even hear it when you stand next to it; it gives you the option for mist control (low, med., high); you can turn on and off the light-up control panel without disturbing the functions; and you can preset the humidity level you want with the thermostat. It’s extremely easy to use, plus it stands tall enough that you need not put it on a table or shelf. It’s simply every thing I was looking for in a humidifier.
