Exceptionally Nice!
Very reasonably priced journal book with the same # of pages of many higher priced options. But here is where this book exceeds those; the paper is anti glare and truly easy on the eyes as well as being nice and thick, the book truly lays flat without the annoying spiral binding that eventually starts to walk out of it’s holes, it has a nice elastic to keep the book closed, a functional pen loop, AND an attached ribbon book mark. All in all a highly useful set up. I chose the floral cover and the color and design is so pretty. Additionally I love the slightly pebbled texture of the cover.

Great quality notebook; perfect size!
I found the Taja Lined Journal/Notebook to be great quality. The black cover has a somewhat textured/marbled look/feel to it and is thick enough to ensure that the interior pages stay protected.I love the inclusion of a “Contents” page (not something I’ve used before) and found the simple layout to be great for my organization. It’s a great size, large enough for taking meeting notes/actions, but small enough to throw into my backpack and not take up a ton of room.It has both an elastic page holder (my primary tool) as well as a bookmark. I may find the bookmark to be helpful once I get more pages filled, but for right now I haven’t tried it.I found the pages to be the perfect thickness – I take notes in pen on both sides and have not had any issues with the ink/color bleeding through. I liked it enough and this is a great price so I bought a second one to have once this one is filled up!

Nice journal… except for the incredibly dark dots
It’s a nice journal, especially for the price. My only criticism (and I wish I’d known this beforehand) is that the dots are really dark — they actually compete with my writing, and create busy, distracting pages. If I had known that beforehand, I would have bought another journal. This might be a personal preference though. If you’re looking for a journal with darker dots, this could be the one for you.

Gorgeous and fabulous value for the price.
It looked great online but in person it’s GORGEOUS! I love the texture of the cover, the thickness of the pages, a place for a table of contents, the spacing of the dots and how it lays open so well.The last notebook I got of this price has a chemical smell to it so I was hesitant opening this – but there is no smell and such a great deal for the value!!Other things I love are the back pocket, the string for saving your place and the elastic to keep the book closed. Truly well done and I def will be looking to get another one in the future!

Attractive and opens flat
Well made. Good quality. Sturdy paper that can hold up to outside use. Nicely bound to lay flat so you won’t need two hands, or even one hand to lay down and write in. I thought I would have to buy a spiral bound notebook to have one that could lay open flat on a table but this journal does the job. The binding is smooth and good quality. The cover is not real leather but certainly has a great look and feel very much like leather. I hit the dark green color and I’m very happy with it.

Can’t wait to Use This
Super pretty, it actually DOES lay fully flat, opened. A really big deal for me, because I love the look and feel of hardbound drawing books , but hated how awkward they were when using them. Comes with a cute little pen/pencil holder sewed on, as well as a ribbon band to keep it closed, and another attached ribbon as a bookmarker. The paper is thick enough for most media( haven’t tried watercolor) without bleed-thru. And something about the look and texture of a hardcover journal/art book just feels more intimate and special.I purchased the blank pages, floral patchwork one , as I wanted this to be my dedicated ‘Wanderlust’ drawing journal. Something for my walks, outdoor adventures, to capture scenery, nature, animals, my own imagination l, & other things that tickle my soul while out & about that make me want to sit down and ‘take it in’. And this is perfectly suited for that. The pictures really don’t do it justice.

The pictures do not do it justice! So beautiful. I went back and bought all the other decisions. It has a real nice leather material. Great quality for the price. Insanelt cheap for the quality. It makes me happy. It has a table of contents and space where you can number your pages. Its the perfect size. I love it so much and would give it 100 stars if I could. Such a great deal. Like I said, I bought more today. Lol
