Effective, Predictable, and Yes… the Flatulence Is Real
I’ve been taking these colon tablets since 2023, so this is based on long-term, real use. I dig it when a product works over and over again. This brand and product is more than effective. I know the quality and balance of ingredients is excellent because this is a bimonthly purchase in my home.You know when you see folks with those pregnant looking stomachs (men or women). I’m certain if they took these that the build up will be expelling. Also, it clears out new and old fecal matter which is why one can feel the effects of release of bloating from the insides.When I restart, I take two tablets for three days to get things moving. After that, my maintenance routine is one tablet daily, usually around 7:00 PM. If I take it at night, my body reliably releases by about 5:00 AM. If I take it in the morning (around 7:00 AM), release happens closer to 1:30 PM. Once you learn your timing, it’s very predictable.I chose this product because it’s financially reasonable to use long term. I rotate between this and the same brand fiber cleanse depending on their supply, but this one stays in my rotation.Now let’s talk about what people don’t say:1. You will get stomach rumbling and farting. Once the flatulence occurs, I know I have about 20 minutes before I need to be near a toilet. And the flatulence smell? It’s lingering and deadly. Look innocent if you’re around people. Trust me.2. Don’t try to outwait the flatulence, that is the first sign of danger Will Roger.3. Even after the first release, I stay close to a bathroom for about an hour because sometimes the intestines are still clearing out junk, especially if I’ve had more fluids or movement than usual.Helpful tips from experience:*Carry poop freshener. Be respectful to yourself and others.*Do not take this the night before a flight.* If you eat meat, take it after the meal with a full glass of water.*If you’re a veggie eater, don’t panic, it will unload the vegetables.*If bread causes bloating, one tablet helps prevent that.*The ingredients are some nasty a$$ stuff, just swallow the capsule and keep it moving.*Always take 1-2 nightly on a cruise ship. You’re eating more often than your gut is used to.* I haven’t lost weight (not my goal), but I absolutely lose the bloat after releasing.*If you take it regularly, you will know how many you need. But don’t start with more than two unless you know your toilet destinations.I won’t say it is gentle. I won’t say it is not gentle. I would say depending on what I have eaten depends on the level of pressure intestinal release. If you want something that works, is affordable long term, and you’re okay with the process, including the flatulence, this does exactly what it’s supposed to do. And if you want lifetime benefits, change your entire nutritional plan and fitness routine.P.S. When I take one daily the release is within 4-6 hours. If I am intermittent with the capsules, it could be up to 12 hours.

Just as Advertised.
This Colon Cleanse and Detox pill does the trick everything.If I eat wrong and get bound up, I just take 2 and less than 12 hours, you’re in the bathroom, finally saying thank you Lord. 😊 Just remember I’m 6’4″ 290, so 2 for when I’m bound up, then I take only 1 at night to keep me regular. Unless you’re like me, as I don’t drink water much, just Coffee and foods that can bind you.To avoid needing this all the time, as with anything you take to help the process move faster, you need to take it in moderation. You just need to drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fiber, and move as much as you can.

From Constipated to Liberated: My Morning Miracle Pill
I take one pill every morning, and it usually clears me out within an hour or two. Before I started using it, I always seemed constipated, often going 4-6 days without a bowel movement. Now, everything stays on schedule. Occasionally, I’ve had to make multiple trips to the bathroom, but that doesn’t happen often. The relief is worth it, and you’ll feel some sensations in your stomach while it’s working, which just means it’s doing its job!Our daughter visited us recently and told us about her “gotta poop now or else” problem. I told her about how I take this tablet and explained how it might help her. She took one tablet, and about 40 minutes later, her tummy was gurgling, and she left us for a toilet visit. She was quite surprised at how quickly the effects kicked in. Since then, she has been taking a tablet a day like me and has seldom had a “gotta go” episode since.Some people complain about needing to go more frequently, but it’s a cleanse—that’s what it’s meant to do. It breaks down the buildup that shouldn’t be there. If you’re not ready for that, this might not be for you. In that case, I’d suggest eating more veggies, cutting back on meat, and drinking more water. But if you want to feel truly cleaned out and are okay with the process, then this is for you. Just keep in mind that if you’re really backed up, it might take a little time to fully work.

This product really helped me!
I suffer from IBS. From time to time my digestive tract gets really riled up and causes me to have a lot of painful gas and bloating, especially in the evening. I had one these bouts recently and it went on for weeks. As I have done in the past, I decided to buy some sort of cleanse product to help clear up the problem. I searched on Amazon and found this product. It got very good reviews so I ordered a bottle and gave it a try. The first day I just took one pill to see what would happen. Nothing much. So then I took two, then three, then four. As other reviewers mentioned, this product does not cause daily bathroom emergencies like so many cleanse products. I only had one emergency which occurred on the second or third day. After that my bathroom routine was pretty normal. If I take four pills, I go to the bathroom twice a day instead of just once. My IBS causes some constipation and I have found that I still have problems with that unless I take four pills in a day. That is my only complaint. The good news is, this product solved my gas and bloating problem. I have not had those issues since I started taking the product. I have weaned myself down to one pill per day for now to prevent the gas and bloating from coming back. I will be seeing my doctor here shortly and will ask her if it is okay to take this product on an ongoing basis to help with my IBS.When I received my order from Amazon, there was an offer in the box from a free bottle. Not fast, but definitely effective
It takes a good 12-14hr to work, so plan accordingly. But then I get what I like to refer to as “the purge”. I usually have to go 2-3 times in a couple of hours once it hits. but definitely clears you out
