Great for helping you through perimenopause

IMHO, one can benefit from concentrates of derivatives of Cruciferous Vegetables if one does not get much in their diet. The journal literature on this Supplement type states that it also mediates a number of undesirable processes in the body. Easy to take and tolerate with no bad effects thus far I can give 5 stars for perceived initial product quality.

This seems to be a good Dim product.DIM supplement is a natural metabolite of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and Brussels sprouts. It’s formulated to support various tissues, acting as a thyroid support, a testosterone balancer, and for hormonal support.The product seems to be a good value.I very much appreciate that there is not any magnesium stearate in the product as a filler.

makes me SO dizzy
This one is a strong no for me. Couldn’t figure out why I’ve been so dizzy lately and now I know!! Also read more about DIM and its not recommended for someone in post-menopause (and that’s me at age 54, at 7 years menopause). I was hoping it would help my libito but I won’t know, I stopped taking it
