The product failed in a dangerous manner.
The back snapped off of the chair when it was leaned back in. That isn’t only poor quality but is dangerous and could lead to injury. Junky plastic which failed not long after receipt of the product.

Good criss-cross chair for the girlies
I’m literally just a girl and I put this together in like 15 minutes. Looks like the picture, delivered sooner than it said it was, moderately comfy (lacks lumbar support but I just added a small pillow.) I’m happy with it.

Weird back support
Pros: think the chair is cute, and easy to put together.Cons: I think the back is really uncomfortable. I don’t have a protractor, but I feel like it sits at a 80% angle whick forces you to lean forward slightly.

Difficult instructions
I wanted to pull my hair out trying to put it together. The instructions to put the back and seat together aren’t good. It shows a picture only. No guidance or instruction. I found it difficult and I had to take apart and start over several times. Once I got past that, it was a breeze but it was definitely frustrating. Other than that, the chair is nice & comfortable.

Great chair but the screw holes were mismeasured on the bottom of the seat causing parts to overlap in a way that prevents tilting. Was looking forward to that feature. Looks like it was about 2 inches off.
