I started journaling December of 2024. Since then, I’ve seen the benefit doing so has had on my mental health. Witnessing the transformation in myself made me want to spread that around so I started buying packs of journals to give to ppl. This box of journals contain high quality journals. The paper is nice and thick and feels good when you turn the pages. It has a pocket in the back too. I like the colors too. Ppl get excited picking their color. I will be ordering another box of the soon. It feels good to give these away. I recommend journaling to everyone and if you choose to do it, a good quality journal like the will definitely encourage you to keep writing.
