This product is now used by my elderly mother and numerous middle aged friends. Everyone had inflammation, slow bowels, digestive upset, but none has chronic nor colitis, simply bad systems. Effective nearly immediately and worked great after two weeks. I cannot evaluate the scientific impact on my body. It’s good on my digestion & that’s good for me. It’s a bit pricey, so I can only hope it does all that it said. Good things often come with a high value. I eat a healthy wholesome plant based diet for almost 16 yrs so I don’t really have much of health issue & an active lifestyle. I just needed something good to ensure my food digest well, so I can have a balance weight from the food I eat with proper nutrient distribution.
