I Really Believe in Glucosamine for Joint Health
I was introduced to the benefits of glucosamine and chondroitin over 20 years ago, and have been using it faithfully ever since. I have had great results sustaining my joint health over the past 20 years (I am 73 years old.) I am sure it is what is helping keep my joints in good shape and helping with my overall flexibility. I like this 21st Century Healthcare product both for its quality and very reasonable price. The daily requirement is 3 tablets a day, so I take one tablet in the morning with my other vitamins and minerals, and two tablets in the evening, as a regular routine. I have this product on Subscribe-and-Save for monthly delivery, so I never run out.

Works.
Yes this product works. I have had a treable time following a sleep for a long time. I have tried several things. Including regular melatonin. With little success. I found this time release Melatonin. And it will get me to asleep and keep me asleep. If I have a issue with the time release melatonin, it stays with me for about 10 to 12 hours. So when I take one. I started talking it earlier. Around 7pm to 8pm so it will wear off when it is time for me to get up. I was waiting until around 10 pm and I could still feel the effects after I had to get up.

Works well most nights
This works for me most nights. I wake up too early in the morning (like 3:30 or 4) quite frequently if I don’t take it, and only infrequently if I do. Regular melatonin doesn’t work well for early waking like this formulation.I’m keeping it four stars since I might find a better product for 100% effectiveness. But this works just fine for me 90% of the time and I’m a happy customer.

Same results, half the price.
I have a back injury that nothing seems to help. Even strong pain meds don’t really give significant relief. Several years ago I tried Schiff Move Free and after following the directions and allowing time for it to work, (Two weeks at a higher dose, then drop back to a lower dose for maintenance) my back pain was greatly reduced. However, that stuff is like $30 a bottle and I went looking for a cheaper alternative. This is it. This gives me exactly the same results as Move Free Advanced Triple Strength but at a fraction of the price. This is $13.75 for a bottle of 120 caplets, Move Free is $30 a bottle for 160 caplets. I order two at a time so even if I have no other Amazon orders it still qualifies for Free Super Saver Shipping. I take two a day, at bedtime, so a bottle lasts me 3 months. For around $50 a year this is well worth the results I’m getting. Bear in mind that everyone is different and you may get even greater or far less satisfaction from this product, but it works for me and I’m happy with the results and the price. At this price it’s worth trying if you have anything like the discomfort and pain I have without this.

Stop using a bottle 5x too large!
Not directly related to the melatonin, but when you open the bottle it’s 80% air. ?!?! Could have used a bottle 20% of the size. So use a smaller bottle! It feels more like a rip off and deception when sellers do this vs use filling in a bottle appropriate to the number of tablets. Don’t waste either our shelf or luggage space! Stop being deceptive.
