I don’t want to comment on the efficacy of something that is not FDA approved, but it seems to be working for me. I put the appropriate number of drops into a shot glass with a little bit of water and honey and just shoot it down quickly. The Taste isn’t terrible, but it isn’t delicious either. Obviously, tinctures tend to have a strong bitter flavor, which is normal and typical. However, I do like to try to mask it a little bit. Otherwise, it’s easy to be able to drop a couple of drops into the shot glass and dilute it. It takes just a sec. The quality seems very good. I have no complaints
