Beautiful, Unique, Salt Lamp
I’ve had Salt Lamps before, but nothing like this one. It’s truly lovely! It arrived in one piece, on time, and exactly like the pictures. I bought this for my spa suite in a salon, and it adds so much ambiance to my room.I love that it’s dimmable, and I plan to leave it glowing all the time to help purify the air. It’s unique and unlike any other salt lamps I’ve seen before. It’s also quite heavy and solid, and it looks anything BUT cheap.I’m so happy with this purchase! And I have no doubt that this lamp is genuine. It’s simply beautiful!

This was the perfect size for a large or medium room. The ambient light is soothing and de-stressing. The look is modern and unique, yet subtle enough to look great for many places and decor themes. The light is adjustable in brightness. The seller stands behind their products. I will be purchasing more.

So sad about the horrible worksmanship
I was so excited to receive this salt lamp, but it turned out to be yet another quality control fail that should never have passed inspection to be sold. I can’t believe it passed visual inspection at all. May be that there wasn’t any.The first thing I noticed was a water-damaged lightbulb that fell out of the lamp during unpackaging. While it still works, it reflects how little they care about delivering a quality product to customers. Additionally, their logo is not even etched well. Even when zoomed in on a photo, it’s hard to read. This shows how much pride they have in their product.I understand that salt is a natural material with uncontrollable variations, but that is not what is wrong with this lamp. The most obvious glaring imperfection is the adhesive which looks like plaster that starkly pops out onto the surface of the lamp. On the front edges it looks like they used the adhesive like a patching plaster. Next is the joints between the three different layers of salt – the lines aren’t neat or clean looking at all. All of these blemishes are glaringly obvious when you turn on the lamp!Based on other reviews, I was prepared for the lamp to sit off-kilter from the wood base. I wasn’t expecting perfection. I have other salt lamps with the exact same issue. But in addition to that the wood base doesn’t look very good and even has a chip on one corner. It may not be detectable in my pictures, but the entire salt portion of the lamp is skewed – none of the salt pieces were properly cut or in alignment. The lamp is like a slight parallelopiped, not a cube.I am just so disappointed. Had to waste my time boxing the thing back up to return. I love the design concept, but the quality in craftsmanship was completely lacking.

Exactly what I wanted
I bought this for my husband’s office, because he fell in love with the pink salt lamp I bought for our bedroom. I thought he would appreciate the unique striated color of this lamp, and he loves it. Love he dimmer feature and that it comes with 2 bulbs. Gives off a beautiful light and vibe.

Beautiful unique salt lamp!
I have owned quite a few salt lamps and this is by far the most unique looking. It could be a little bit brighter, but still very lovely. I deducted a star because the bulb lasted less than a year. This is significantly shorter than other lamps I’ve purchased.

Ordered 2 of them. Base screwed on crooked on both of them. Corner broken on both. Great idea poor craftsmanship ¬ packaged properly causing some damage – will not buy again!!

I purchased the Monsalis Dual Illumination Salt Rock Lamp as a gift, and while the lamp itself is beautiful and well-loved by the recipient, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Upon unboxing, the dial attachment was broken, and the lamp wouldn’t work.Unfortunately, this meant the gift couldn’t be fully enjoyed, and since the item wasn’t eligible for pickup returns, I now have to go out of my way to drop it off at a UPS location. Additionally, with the holidays, the replacement I ordered won’t arrive until after Christmas, which is disappointing.I’m giving this product three stars because, despite the initial frustration, it truly is a beautiful lamp, and I hope the replacement works as expected. However, the broken piece and inconvenient return process took away from an otherwise positive experience.
