this oil is useful. i bought it for skin. but i also feel it also helps in your gut. and also my period pain has gone. i used to have mild cramps and occasionally not tolerable kind. but now no such problem. also no delay in period. overall i liked the product very much. i dnt knw about skin. bcz i am. using other skincare products also.edit- apply this product only in winters. i tried using this again in march april. it caused me severe gastritis. also i am a pitta dosha person.

Don’t really know about the claims which I believe that will come or be verified with further usage of the product but the product feels good . Also the products have a nice smell and the nabhi being connected to vital organs in the stomach, intestines and liver and pancreas it will only help.

I am not sure about indigeation but this product definitely made my skin glow with just a few uses! My skin feels more soft and glows from within. This product is hands down the best one in the market. Dont look anywhere else, just go for it!
